Quite happy with my first order, although one item was out of stock. They let me know, but refunded me the money for another cheaper item, and the one I had ordered that they could not provide. Overall, I found them good value for money and easier than trying to find all of the items locally (or being unable to obtain them)

Although my address (in Scotland) was obviously included in the order an additional delivery charge was requested 2 days after the order was taken.

Apparently Scotland costs more than England for delivery !?

Once you place order you don't know when will you expect delivery unless you get a mail
And I ordered for first time and DHL service people dropped the parcel to our adjacent house even though address on parcel was accurate..when contacted DHL customer care they told driver informed them they dropped parcel to correct house which was not the case .and they refused to correct there delivery but just saying sorry for inconvenience.

Easy website to navigate. The 're-order' button makes it quicker, too. Reasonable price, and a speedy delivery.

Item was not in stock, although it showed in stock and allowed me to order. After 5 day on latestest delivdery date no notification was send. Rang the company to be told items were out of stock and and if i wanted to choose something else. Only after i waited till last delivery day window and i had to call to find out. Poor communication

I made an order 13th December, waited 4 days and it hadn't dispatched. I emailed and they emailed back (quite quickly) to say it was out of stock and refunded straight away.

I am only annoyed because I had to chase them especially when I could have ordered elsewhere and for it to arrive before Christmas especially with the number of strikes and backlog of parcel the couriers have at the moment.

They don’t confirm an expected day of delivery. Waited for 5 days and then had to cancel. However, they refunded promptly but inconvenience all the same. During the 5 days kept getting emails saying your cart is about to expire and also order confirmation… so they do need to get their act together soon.

Fast accurate service. Only reason not giving 5 star is that packaging is too heavy. Would be helpful for the DHL driver and customer if items spread into two smaller boxes rather than one large one often weighing over 20Kg. Without any handles very hard to lift the box off the floor.

Most occasions you don't get your ordered items though they bill for the entire order. If out of stock then let us know. They tend to refund at a later date. Even when order is complete they send reminders to complete order!! The convenience of on line shopping is lost.

Good packaging but not happy about DHL driver to leave parcel outside my flat I am 71 yrs old can’t carry upstairs to my door so blessed to have neighbor 6B she dropped near my door next time please let them know

I can’t give a positive review at this moment in time as I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered - I had a “thank you for your order “ email a few days ago, but I’ve not heard anything else, eg your order is being processed or when my order will arrive, so feeling negative about this company at present…..I really hope my order arrives soon and I can give a favourable review

The company sent a wrong and useless item. Didn't refund or replace the item. I dont recommend anyone for this company.

Fabulous service. Fresh and quality food sent out overnight delivery with some frozen produce that was packaged so well and with ice blocks around it stayed frozen.
Will definitely be ordering again very soon.

I ordered amla, they are all in horrible condition and majority of them were rotten. Not fresh at all.
Would not recommend and would never order again. In fact the company should refund my money because I have just put them all in the bin
