Do not use this company rubbish plates and very rude avoid at all costs be warned!

Hopeless. Plates not supplied and no reply to emails enquiring where they were.

I purchased some number plates 14months ago the plates do look very good quality on first appearance but they have delaminated over time and when you try and contact the customer service they don’t respond to your emails so the 3 year warranty that they offer is worthless so in my opinion buy from a better company or like me you will have to buy them again.

The plates arrived quickly and look good but because there is no manufacturer printed on them they are useless!
I have contacted them twice but have been ignored.
So ordered from sure plates and these are perfect. All legal markings on there!

Appalling service and after-care…

I was looking to order some number plates via their website. After filling out all the details to place the order their website stated the order haven’t been approved due to an issue with payment. No confirmation of order was received on their website.

So I ordered elsewhere and when I checked my emails found that I’d received an email from them saying that the order had been placed. I therefore emailed them immediately (within 6 minutes of receiving their email) to say that I’d like to cancel the order due to the issue with their website and be refunded accordingly.

After numerous emails, unanswered calls and voice messages I received a reply to say as per their terms the order has been fulfilled…

Thanks for the email, as per our terms this is a bespoke order and is printed as soon as you click buy, we therefore confirm there is no cooling off period and your order as confirmed by you has been received as designed by you online

Essentially my order wasn’t confirmed by THEIR website.

Really poor service… Don’t use them, they are completely useless

OK plates, but nothing special. Small bubble on the rear one. Ordered on Thursday morning and paid for Soecial (next day) delivery. Arrived the following Tuesday. Mostly the fault if Royal Fail (sorry - mail). Emailed asking for postage refund as they can reclaim from Royal Mail. No refund. No answer to email. Their customer service department is non existent it seems. Shan't use again. They're based in Jersey - use a GB company instead......

Placed order in Sept, now April and no plates have arrived - emailed more than 10 times - 1 response to say it will be looked into - nothing since.

Excellent service. Ordered plates yesterday, very easy ordering and payment process. Communication was excellent, I received a notification they'd been dispatched a few hours later. I had a query email answered promptly last night and the plates arrived this morning via Royal Mail. Good quality product, exactly as I'd ordered and excellent service. Thank you

Placed order on Sunday evening. Extremely impressed at the simplicity of the website. Doesn’t offer iffy “May be legal may not be” options, just legal plate options. No extra charge for badges etc… very good pricing too. Plates arrived in less than 48 hours and look fantastic. Will really smarten up my new motor! Thanks

Never received my number plates, emailed but got no reply!! Started Paypal Dispute was told that a replacement pair would be delivered still no sign of either set and no reply to further email !!!

Great plate. Despite them saying 3-5 days delivery it arrived next day. Easy to use website, cracking product, great service. Exactly how things should be. A pleasure to deal with.

Plates delivered very quickly, came exactly as ordered, and of very good quality. Jamie was a pleasure to deal with, and thank you once again for all help given. Just to add web site was very easy to use when making up my plates.

Ordered personalised number plates for my wife, and they supplied great quality plates the following day. Will definitely be using these in the future.

I recently bought a couple of number plates & decided to be a bit adventurous with the design.
I looked at a few other companies & they charged extra for every little amendment, however with Quality numberplate, everything was included.
Very happy with the finished result, price & speed of delivery was fantastic!
I also made a mistake with my order which I picked up on then I recieved my order confirmation. I contacted the company straight away and the issue was quickly corrected.
Would certainly use them again
