We have part exchanged our car which we had purchased from them 3 years ago Unfortunately the new car developed a fault but they serviced the plugs immediately while I was waiting .

Don't bother, they don't check cars over. They're falsely advertising that they are AA approved used cars with a 39 point check. Going through investigations there are numerous reviews of the same happening. We took car back after an approved garage done a report and found numerous faults which apparently don't exist to these frauds. They charged me mileage+ admin fees+ an oil change I didn't request. I am now taking them to court to recoup fees and now my loss of earnings + diagnosis fee. They're now ignoring emails from my solicitor, so a tracked postal letter is advised.

I would advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership.
The car I bought had lots wrong with it within days of my purchase. Including bolts missing from the wheels and no oil. The car clearly did not have the AA 39 point check or the service I was told it had. However, the garage did not want to help despite it supposedly having a warranty. I was lied to and fobbed off and treated like an idiot. I was accused of swapping the engine in the car. I was accused of continuing to drive the car and causing more damage. It took weeks for me to get my money back. It caused me untold stress. I had to pay £170 to get the car towed back to them. They would not give me back the admin fee either. £300!
If I can save one customer from the terrible experience I had then I will be happy. Please read and the other reviews that are saying the same as me. This is a dealership that is not to be trusted.

I bought a car from them only about 4 weeks ago and all of a sudden the dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree. I now have to arrange for another form of transport to get about my day and it's not as though the car was cheap either. I have emailed them and expecting a response soon.

They are a very helpful group of people extremely friendly and always there to help recommend going with Ripleys.

Absolutely shocking!
Car was riddled with faults which were not disclosed at the time of purchase, promising to provide the AA report to us but never did.
Complete engine failure within weeks but Quality PX said it was our fault/problem.
The small claims court decided otherwise and awarded us a refund and court costs.
They shouldn’t be allowed to trade based on our experience and reading the other reviews!

Drove straight up with a flat tyre. Tyre was repaired very efficiently. Very helpful friendly service.

Terrible experience dealing with this company in Surbiton. They take no responsibility in faulty unroad worthy cars. They do not follow or adhere to there terms and conditions. Make up charges has They go along. When they were asked for a breakdown of costings they couldn't. Manager is rude has no idea about customer service. Just have to look at the emails I received from him, shockingly rude, when he decided to reply to my many emails. Completely ignores emails and text. If you do phone your quickly told "we will call you back at 6pm" it never happens. I thought the days of dodgy cardealers were a thing if the past, there still out there.
