The worst customer service. Took my booking and my money then decided to change the terms of my stay (demanding I stay 3 nights instead of the agreed 2). Refused to honour the booking or refund me and haven't replied to my last 3 emails. AVOID!

I booked a surprise break for me and my boyfriend after him securing a new job, at first I had a few issues as the website allowed my dates to get double booked and then all of a sudden my trip was refunded so I contacted QU who had told me the dates were doubled booked and offered me accommodation for the same date a lot more expensive. After I re-booked the same place myself for a different date the booking went through smoother than the 1st - the stay was incredible we throughly enjoyed ourselves and had been provided with safe COVID measures prior to our stay in October 2020 would recommend but be warned if you get a refund with no confirmation it’s likely the dates have been double booked.

The most beautiful stay. Such a peaceful area and the walks around the treehouse were lovely. The bed was comfortable and lots of space for my partner and I. We are so glad we got to go here and experience this! Would love to stay again!

A lovely little place, comfortable and very quaint. Hosts were great very friendly and sociable. We had a great time.

Excellent cabin, just what we needed for a relaxing break away from it all. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal (if you wanted to). Or the local pub is a short walk/drive away. Our hosts couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

Very rude customer service. I called in this morning to ask about what was the situation with bookings coming up in November. The lady on the other end said to me “well if you’ve watched the news you will know that it will have to be cancelled “ - yes I think the whole country watched the news hence why I am calling in to ask what the situation is - am I getting a refund? are you offering to move the bookings to a date after the lockdown ? Considering the website says that we will contact you if your booking falls within lockdown I haven’t heard anything. Really puts me off using their facilities.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this treehouse getaway. It was a perfect digital detox , and I couldn’t get over how many stars were in the sky at night! The treehouse was spotlessly clean and very cosy, and we spent our days walking with incredible views all around. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic little hideaway, absolutely gorgeous and had everything you needed. Log burner kept us warm and cosy during sudden gale force winds.
Beautiful location, private and completely dog friendly grounds. Dog owners there were wonderful walks close by (battle great wood stunning) did not want to leave "Jessie" and can't wait to return next year.

Extremely disappointed with a number of points:

1. When we got to the main gate we were unable to access the gate as we hadn’t been sent the gate code (this is a different code to the cabin lockbox code). When we then called the marina Office the gentleman was rude and obstructive and told us to wait in the rain until he had contacted the marketing office. On asking him weather he thought this was acceptable he replied “well there’s nothing I can do - it’s marketing”.

2. The floor hadn’t been hoovered since the previous guests and the carpet was covered in hair and fluff

3. The bathroom was unclean - the mirror was dirty, glasses had dirt marks on them and the shower was filthy

4. We were presented with a leaflet stating we would be fined £35 if we failEd to put our dirty bedding and towels in bags when we left, however bags were not provided anywhere

5. The blankets provided to sit with outside had clearly not been cleaned since they were last used

We were disappointed that covid 19 procedures were clearly not a priority the safety of customers.

The following evening (7pm) someone arrived to clean following our complaint, however we were already settled for the evening and asked them to return the following day. When they returned they again failed to hoover.

We had paid a premium to stay on a weekend but were told that check in and check out had to be changed to we lost the equivalent of a day. Following our stay I emailed several times and have had to response from management

If I was reviewing the property I stayed in & the owner of the property i would absolutely give them 5 stars, unfortunately Quality Unearthed have ruined the entire experience.

I stayed in August and now in mid October I am still waiting for my security deposit to be returned. I have been told multiple times it has been processed and it will be back in my bank account for it to never appear. I’ve left voicemails, messages, sent emails and requested the complaints policy all to be totally ignored. Finally when I lost my temper with a member of the team after leaving multiple messages for a manager I was called back and told hey again it would be processed and was with accounts.

Immediately after my stay I recommended the property to a number of friends, however I will actively be telling people not to book through Quality Unearthed as the company is obviously entirely unreliable and cannot be trusted.

A brilliant place to stay. Surprised my girlfriend with this trip and she loved it. In a wood setting out of the way with some piece and quiet, with chickens, pigs and a goat close by. Lots to do in the surrounding area, one of which is Lord admiral nelsons birthplace at Burnham Thorpe, and great beach walks at Holkham, wells-next-the-sea and Cromer. The owner was lovely, and only a text away if we needed anything, like more wood for the fire. Most definitely recommend this place to stay if you fancy something different, and like the country!

We spent 4 nights here at The Challenors with our dog and we had a wonderful time, it’s a great space to venture around East Sussex and Kent, the surrounding area is secluded and quiet, the cabins are beautiful decorated and Jim, the owner who we met, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Would recommend anyone looking for an escape to book before the word spreads and you miss out.

Myself and the wife had a very pleasant experience , no one troubled us , just ourselves, trees and wildlife .

The treehouse was outstanding and the surrounding area a joy.

One issue was that our sleep was interrupted in the early hours of the morning by nawing and scarpering noises underneath the floorboards. Mostly around the bed area.

This is most probably squirrels as we among oak trees, but possible other pest activity too.

However I'd recommend the experience.

Pure bliss! The lodge was immaculate and we were greeted by some lovely goodies upon arrival. It was the perfect setting for our honeymoon, and we can’t wait to return.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! I only left 1 star as there was no option to leave 0. I booked a shepherds hut for my honeymoon which was confirmed by email. Four days before I was due to go I had to call Unearthed as I hadn’t received any booking in instructions. The incredibly rude manager Fiona informed me that the owner hadn’t approved my booking so it was cancelled-if I hadn’t of called I would’ve had no idea of this. Fiona sent me a list of alternatives which were much more expensive or too far away. They never replied to my emails and were incredibly unhelpful which under the circumstances is appalling. They ruined my honeymoon and I will never use or recommend them again.

What a delight to find Quality Unearthed during the Covid chaos of places getting booked up in the UK. Found exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon at a reasonable price and escaped from the year for a precious 5 days. Guidelines were clear and got to speak to the hosts easily and directly to clear up details we needed. Will definitely be the first place I look for our next holiday - highly recommended if you enjoy peace of mind and of nature too.

we had a fantastic experience. We found the ideal Lodge via the web site. Kites Nest in Powys could not have been any better. absolutely first class experience.

Brilliant get away. Clean & tidy. Lovely views, and sunset. Me & my partner had a great time. All utensils for bbq and a frying pan for some sausage & bacon in the morning.
Hot tub was perfect for two, only thing I’d suggest is some speakers for outside & would be perfect.

No issues with Quality unearthed - balance was due when phone lines were busy but emailed & said no issues can ring next week & pay.

Had the impression that the service will go smoothly, looked trustworthy with all Trustpilot Start. But unfortunately when I wanted to book my stay - received ZERO reply to my multiple emails, multiple calls, which had again ZERO response. So disappointed in wasting so much time. Terrible customer service experience!!! :(

We had an amazing stay at the Grange Hollow Stables. The accommodation was excellent with the two stables for our family of two adults and two children. Having a heated pool just made this stay the most memorable for our 8 and 4 year old children. What a treat before school starts. The hosts were amazing. Very kind and caring yet gave us the space to enjoy our stay. This is a place that we will definitely be recommending to family and friends and hope to revisit soon.
