No service at all!

One pillow was returned to them because I took too long to collect it. I gave all the details to them by email to get a refund. They ignored all the details I gave them asking to send them again, then nothing. The pillows are really good but their service is sh.t!

Ordered foam floor tiles through…

Ordered foam floor tiles through Pinterest, wernt as good a product as on the website, returned them to the address that was on the packaging, and informed them that they had been returned, they asked me for a copy of the receipt, tracking details etc i sent the lot through email, they were originally offering 20% then 30% , they said they couldnt refund until they received the product, the post office confirmed the package was received and signed i sent all the details and now they dont reply at all, but have the audacity to keep sending me offers, please dont get sucked in by this Company, very bad
customer service im out £65 as well as £7.00 postage and packaging 😒

Very unsatisfactory experience

The ordered product in my opinion is not fit for purpose. The cutting blade is useless & item is of poor quality. After many emails asking for a refund I was fobbed off with how expensive it would be to return to country of origin & offered 20% refund to keep the item.
When ordering they clearly advertise 100% satisfaction! Not true!
Steer clear of Quanoloshop.

Shoes advertised as size 39 but they're…

Shoes advertised as size 39 but they're closer to 29. They offered 50% refund but I asked to return them for a full refund. I need to know country of origin fot customs but they couldn't say. So I asked for the 50% instead and now they have now stopped replying to my emails. Rubbish product, false advertising, Terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrendous!

Absolutely horrendous!! Misleading images and very expensive saying the items were reduced by 50%. No way were they that expensive originally! NO customer service whatsoever. Just talking to an AI bot asking the same questions over and over. I am just going around in circles. The only phone number is in the USA.

Item quality not matching advertisement and even though I sent pics showing the poor quality ,and that I wanted to return for a full refund and I wasn’t expecting to pay the postage ,all I could get was 30% off very bad customer service and surprise surprise item came from china.take advice don’t buy off this company you won’t get what you paid for

Not as bad as I thought

Having read all the reviews. I thought the product was never going you turn up and just like that I would lose £30. Plus it doesn't help that 'Track my order' goes to a 404 page. Then also doesn't help that their emails are very drawn out. So there was me thinking this product is fictional, but it only went and turned up 2 days ago. Weirdly got an email today to say that my parcel is still on its way its just got held up. Clearly shipping is figment and doesn't match actual shipping. Happy days I wasn't scammed.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM - YOU'LL BE SCAMMED. DON'T BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS

Scam company. Does not issue refunds. Shoddy goods, unfit for purpose. 5 star reviews always appear in groups after a spate of negative reviews and are completely generic - don't mention exact item; wax lyrical about how magnificent the company is, how amazing customer service is etc. Yet these reviewers have ALL ONLY WRITTEN ONE REVIEW IN TOTAL ON TRUSTPILOT. I have tried to get this company blacklisted - they refused a refund unless I removed a bad but 100% accurate review. I got a refund through Paypal in the end. To anyone else who's been scammed by them - PLEASE KEEP ON COMPLAINING - ONLY WAY TO GET THESE SCAMMERS. I have complained to Pinterest and Truspilot about this company and their reviews. If you have been scammed, as I was, please do the same. Flag up suspicious reviews - they have a definite pattern. IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT FROM THEM YET AND ARE READING THIS BEFORE BUYING - THEN DON'T!!

I made an order on the 18th September…

I made an order on the 18th September 2025 for a nail gun it’s been 37 days now and nothing they orders should be delivered in 7 to 12 days and every time I write to them about my order they reply is thank you for your message we will past it on but this no reply at all so that’s my £39.00 down the drain

I’d seen a mix of opinions…

I’d seen a mix of opinions before buying but decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. It arrived quickly, matched the description perfectly, and works just as it should. Overall, I’m really happy with it.Sometimes it’s better to see for yourself rather than rely entirely on other people’s reviews and I’m glad I trusted my own judgement this time.

Excellent customer service!

I recieved my order which had been damaged in transit. I contacted Quanolo by email and was astounded by their almost immediate response. This was made more impressive as it was early evening and normally you would expect a reply the next working day if you're lucky. I was given a full refund , no questions asked and an extremely apologetic email. I was astounded, I have never experienced better customer service and will not hesitate to shop with this company again.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in June or…

I ordered two pairs of shoes on July 4th. One arrived and is fine. The other has never materialised

I have written to the email and to the contact section and received no reply to either. Not even an acknowledgement of my complaint, yet this dreadful company continues to bombard me with new offers as a 'valued customer'.

I would never go near them again

Circle maker does not move

I received the circle maker, beautifully wrapped, but it has no instructions, none on the web site, and it will not move to make different size circles. I have emailed them, but not had a response. Feels lovely and heavy, but all stuck together and will not move.

Declined to issue my refund even though they’ve received the item unopened. This is what they said after I chased for weeks:
‘After reviewing your case, I must inform you that no refund will be issued in this instance, as our return instructions were not followed. Our refund policy requires the item to be returned according to the guidelines provided, and unfortunately, we did not receive the product back as instructed.
