Excellent compassionate personal service by QFS. Made our son's memorial service appreciated by both family and friends. We would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class service.

Simply, I can say for certain that the team within quantock is something special.

Katie- thank you so much for the beautiful care and kindness you showed to me when I visited my lost family member. You are truly special and the job in which you carry out is nothing short of amazing.

Matt- although our encounters have been short and few, the service you have provided, and the structure you showed toward my family was so important. I wanted to ensure that my family was supported through the process and I felt at ease with you leading us throughout the first close bereavement we have suffered.

Having personally had many family funerals I can honestly say how kind and grateful my family Louise and family have praised you so much for kind words,phone calls at all times of night.

Matt, Katie and the whole team at Quantock Funeral Services have gone above and beyond for my family and I since my grandfathers passing. To lose such an intergrel member of our family so suddenly came as a real shock, but the team have shown such compassion with us all, been understanding, and led us through this difficult time with such proffessionalism I will hold them in such high regard and recommend their services whole heartedly. Not only have we been treated with such respect, but more importantly they have cared for and shown such respect to my grandfather and his memory that we are eternally gratefully. From our first meeting with Matt and his team, we felt confident he would give my Father a funeral he deserved. Matt thought of everything and more, he gave me so much support, guidance, respect and kindness. My Father was looked after so well. The actually day of the funeral , the team were so very respectful going the extra mile, so many personal elements . Matt really did make my Fathers Funeral a beautiful, personal and respectful goodbye. I can not recommend this company enough, if there were 10 stars they would have them.
