Highly Recommend Quantum Electrical and Solar
I recently had EcoFlow solar panels and an Ocean battery system installed by Quantum Electrical and Solar, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
I'd been searching for solar and battery solutions for a while, and Octopus Energy put forward a few options to choose from. From the very first contact, Quantum stood out. The team were polite, enthusiastic, and genuinely knowledgeable—there was no pushy sales approach, just helpful advice and excellent literature to help me understand my options.
As approved installers, they offered very competitive pricing with a clear, straightforward proposal. The payment schedule was easy and fair, and there were no unexpected extras along the way.
The whole process ran smoothly. A couple of minor issues arose that were completely outside their control, but these were managed efficiently and promptly. I was particularly impressed by how quickly the power network applications were completed—unbelievably fast. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates at every stage.
When it came to the installation itself, the work was tidy and professional. The team cleared up after themselves and left everything spotless.
I really can't recommend Quantum Electrical and Solar highly enough. If you're considering solar panels or a battery system, look no further.

Solar panels installation
Recently my solar panels was installed on my home, and I'm fully satisfied with the entire process. From start till finish, everything went smoothly, Mason was punctual, professional, he answered for all my questions and make sure I understood how to check through app quantity energy generated.
They arrived on time and completed installation faster than I expected. Installed panels look nice on my roof, all installation process was neat and tidy, no mess left behind.
Mason made sure to test everything and explain how the system worked before he left.
I highly recommend Quantum to anyone looking to make switch to green energy.

Having done a lot of research into Solar panel systems, I'd naturally contacted multiple installers. Not only was Mason's quote competitive, but his comprehensive approach to ensuring all details are covered and flexibility really stood out to me. It seems the industry is rife with those that choose to undermine their competition in order to close your business. Refreshingly, Mason was very upfront with choosing to focus on how he can help us achieve the install we wanted.
One other key highlight is they are a very clean, polite and efficient team, who understand the importance of respecting your home!
I'd highly recommend his services for any electrical work and we look forward to having Quantum back next year for part 2 of the install!

We valued the fact that Mason was involved in the entire process, from initial explorative discussions through to the installation and subsequent aftercare. He was readily available to answer all of our questions and took the time to provide us with the information and talk us through options. We didn't feel pressured to go ahead and there wasn't a hard sell at all, just the chance to gather enough knowledge to make an informed decision.
We both felt that we built up a rapport with Mason which even extended to a game of golf that he was kind enough to host, further cementing the trust we had in him and the business.
When the installation date came everything ran very smoothly and Mason and Jake impressed us with their professionalism and efficiency. We were really pleased with the EcoFlow system and love how easy the app is to use and keep track of things.

Great customer experience from the start - quoted in person, patiently answered our 100s questions, didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need, quick and efficient install and so far very happy with our system (6kwp array with 10kw Ecoflow battery/inverter). Navigating the solar market was not straightforward - rapidly changing tech, everyone from big energy companies to 1-man band sparkies offering it and information overload. We spent several months researching and comparing quotes and the design and products selected by Quantum stood out, esp. the warranties on the batteries and inverter. Mason and the Quantum team's commitment to ensuring we had a good experience from start to finish was second to none - great communication, pointed us to previous customers we could speak to, super knowledgeable, adjusted the design and products to suit our preferences, accommodated our changing timelines.
