No asnwer, two months without operating account
Hello, after almost two months, the account is not working yet. There is always something missing. I have received mails saying that they are going to call me, but then no one calls. In the chat for customers I have no answer in the last month, an online chat!!!!
Can someone answer or help me here? I am starting to be afraid of having lost my money.
AFTER YOUR ANSWER:
I have received emails, but no calls because my number is wrong. I can't change it, so I have asked to update it to you and is still wrong.
I requested a refund, and has been pending for one month without any explanation. I see now you change the web. I cancel the refund and create another one, again pending since first of march, could I know why if the account worked perfectly according to you?
After 25 days and sending messages almost everyday, no answer at all. Or this site is fake, or has no one answering customers. Result is the same, my money is trapped!!!

Total Scam
I have previously written an excellent review on this company, that is because your initial relationship with them is very good. However after six months when it is more difficult to recall your funds, they will scam you and do everything to avoid or delay you withdrawing any money.
