I opened an account with Quantum Star…
I opened an account with Quantum Star some 3 weeks ago. Having foolishly invested many thousands of pounds my account has more than tripled in value. I asked my FA to remove the money which she said was fine but the had an email from a 'Company' called Trading Center saying I need to prove my liquidity verification by depositing a further 17% into a crypto wallet. This has flagged up a huge red flag and I can see where this is heading... I read reviews on Quantum Star and they seemed a genuine trading company.
I tried emailing support at quantumstar.net but unsurprisingly the mail was unable to be delivered.
Can anyone help with this matter or had a similar experience? Thanks in advance

Love everything about the star, Don't use a bank anymore and just using Quantumstar. I use it for everything. My broker is doing the best job and after 3rd call I become fan of her. Just one thing I want improved which is only bad part too. It is that they can not provide card for payments which would be easiest for the clients. Withdrawals sometimes take 5 hours.

Big Scam
I was enticed into this by them pretending Richard Branson was supporting this for people who are struggling as an easy way to make money. I thought I’d give its go at a very low amount. I was allocated a financial advisor & I nearly doubled my money in a week. The next time the FA called he was asking for me to invest an additional £1000. If I had that kind of money I wouldn’t be doing this in the first place. He became very forceful & I said I wasn’t happy with the way things were going & I would just like to take my original money out. He put the phone down on me!!! He called me again just over a week later to arrange getting my money back to me. He told me I now had £15000 in the account, (seriously though big red flag straight away) & we need to arrange another account to put it in & then transfer it. I received an email which looked very official talking about liquidation & I would need to put in 10% £1500 into the account to get the £15000 out. 😂😂😂😂 REALLY!!!! I know I’ve already been a fool but get a grip of yourselves.
Suffice to say he put the phone down on me again. Do not ever do this!!

I invested the basic amount. Quantumstar was "trading" and indicated substantial profit, kind of hard to believe. I requested withdrawal. I was contacted and instructed to deposit $1600 to their cripto-wallet. This suppose to be a liquidity proof. They need to verify that it's indeed me.
This is a standard scam. After donating them $1600 there is no more communicatin. STAY AWAY
