Poor quality clothing, sizing random, shoes made of cheap plastic. All grossly overpriced and you’ll not be able to return goods as you pay for tracked postage to China which is more than the products. The most you get offered is a 25% refund and you’re still left with rubbish which is too poor even to give to charity shop

Appalling, as others have said. Bought a jumper, completely unwearable, cannot get a refund code, they are a scam

if you want to return any products they provide an address in China.
I found the products not sized or as advertised, the advert said wool cotton mix, it contained neither of these. Had it not been for paypal they would not respond to my complaint or my request for a return address.
They are a corrupt company.

Like many others here, I would say do not buy from this company. The sweater I received was the wrong size, the wrong material, the wrong colour. It has no labels on it for either size or material or care & And feels incredibly cheap and
nasty. The only option to return it is £12.95 to China as they are not based in Manchester. Avoid like off-smelling Sichuan Chicken .

Worst company I have every dealt with; material was cheap cheap cheap and returns policy is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered a jumper in September thinking the company was based in manchester, which it isnt, and it arrived 4th October and it was nothing like the web site picture, cheap and poor quality. I emailed saying how do I get a refund and they requested photos showing the item is undamaged.I sent them and I am being ignored and still waiting for my money back ! Seems everyone is being treated this way, but that's no consolation as they are getting money for a poor product with no consumer rights protection for customers.

Appalling company. I should have read the reviews .... dreadful quality sweater, totally unlike the picture. They refused to respond my requests for return address until I issued a complaint through PayPal. Then I had to settle for 25% discount as returning goods to China is exorbitant.

The clothes received are nothing like the ones advertised . How is this allowed to carry on after so many complaints.

The products took ages to arrive. They were a nasty synthetic material and tiny. They also smelled dreadful.
I chased them for a refund and they gave me an address in china to return it to.
I am reporting them to trading standards.

Wish I had read these reviews before I brought from this company thought the company was based in Manchester obviously it’s not I ordered two jumpers when they eventually arrived they were nothing like jumpers advertised very poor quality . Have tried to send them back but get no response from the company

Scammers and everything everyone else said about them is absolutely true. Terrible company. Should be put out of business. So gutted I didn’t check before buying. Lesson learned but one that comes with a cost unfortunately.

This is NOT a UK based company. They refuse to issue full refunds or communicate in any way. A complete scam. I’m £84 out of pocket. Do not order from this company.

Scam website as everyone else says, they are hosted by Shopify so make sure you report the site to them, and hopefully we can get it shut down. My mother was caught out ordering, the site even ordered an additional item on separate order which she had never selected! Terrible quality clothes nothing like shown. Fortunately Barclay's got one payment back for her despite being on a debit card.

Scam company, definitely actually based in China. Ordered a linen shirt, only to be sent a '100% polyester' shirt. When I complained to the company, was told to send it back to China at my own cost (~£20) before they would send me a 'replacement ie the actual item I ordered. After several exchanges with the company, I gave up and went through Mastercard to get my money back.

Absolute scammers. I bought jackets advertised as real leather…….they arrived eventually and they were pvc. I also ordered a jumper advertised as cotton…..it was polyester. I complained to the company who offered me a small refund which I refused. Luckily I had screen shot the website with all the details saying leather and cotton, also screen shot the order and the labels when they arrived. I sent all the to PayPal who immediately refunded my money to my credit card. I still have the goods, so if anyone wants some plastic……..🙄

Poor quality items, sizing way off and wanted us to pay extra to reorder!! Or offered 20% refund if we kept the original item....which doesn't fit anyway! What a rip off.

‘CUSTOMER SERVICES’ STOPPED EMAILING ONE I IDENTIFIED THEIR SCAM AND REQUESTED A FULL REFUND.
WILL REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS AND SO SHOULD EVERYONE ELSE SCAMMED BY THEM TO HELP GET RID OF THESE FRAUDS.

This is a scam- please don't buy from them- I thought I was paying for one item but in fact I was charged for 3 - and it was too late to change the order! I have received the goods - cheap rubbish and I don't think I will be able to return them. £90 out of pocket

Fraud. Jumper advertised as wool, not even 1% wool, looks like shit, completely false advertising. Finally replied, giving option of 1/3 refund or I have to send to warehouse in China.
