I'll echo what another review said. This site is a scam. It's not the real site even though it looks legit. They sent me Hyogi masks instead. I reached out to return them and they said I would have to pay for return shipping back to France, even though it clearly states on their website "Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the incorrect item, and a photo for proof. We will provide return instructions and ensure the correct item is sent at no additional cost." When I responded, they never got back to me. Use the real site officialquasi.com.

Quasi is not refunding me for a subscription that has not arrived. I ordered a mask a month ago--it hasn't arrived and they are now charging me for the second month without refunding me or cancelling my order. They verified my address multiple times but now I am wondering if the product was ever actually sent. Cut and paste customer service which leads me to believe I am not the only person who has experienced this issue. Do not order from them.

I returned the unwanted masks after they tricked me to a subscription I never signed up for and Quasi customer service assured me that I would be refunded for both the product and the return postage (£34). The return was received in early September, and despite several follow-ups and a written promise that the refund would be processed, I have not received anything as of today (2 months later).

I’ve contacted them multiple times but no response! This experience has been very disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the cost of the return.
I’m sharing this so others are aware, do not buy anything from this scammers! It is a SCAM and I wish I ve see the other negative reviews earlier! Please avoid at ALL COSTS!

This is a SCAM company. They send you the wrong product and expect you to return it overseas at your expense.

This is a scam. They set up your first order with a sneaky tick box that commits you to a monthly subscription. I ordered first on 2nd October the order didn’t arrive for over 3 weeks. They have just taken from account monies again. I have emailed, they say I’m on a subscription and I cannot cancel this order. I will take this further. However believe it a Chinese company therefore little to no recourse.

I purchased via Instagram/SHOP, a Quasi Mask i did not realize i created a subscription. I have been trying to contact someone to cancel the subscription but no one responds to emails and apparently the link to edit or cancel the subscription doesnt work unless you log in but there's no login link .. oh and i just got the order havent tried it and they're sending another !!!!!!

They sent the wrong product, a different make to the quasi. The company replied to my email but wanted me to return the product to France at my own costs from the UK.

I wish I checked here before buying as I can see others have had the same problem!
Do not buy from quasimask.

They have put me on a subscription plan without any warning and consent from me. Utterly appalling company

Be very careful this company will put you on a subscription plan without your consent.

My bank has now received all details and the company will be blacklisted from taking more money.
