This state agency is totally rubbish I had viewed a property they promised to call back for referencing as I wanted the property. Paul promised his colleague will give me a call but never did I had chased it up and spoke to Paul again he then promised me again but no call I believe this is not professional company at all please stay away as they will have you left in the air thinking they will be calling you back.

Time wasters.

I must confess it has been 10 years since my wife and I have dabbled in the property business, however after much discussion we decided to move out of London, after looking at some houses we stumbled across Abbots Close, Rainham. Call the Estate Agent ( Paul Quatremain ) who I must say has been first class from start to finish not only did he reschedule his dairy to suit us he was also available to speak at all hours of the day, he was clear concise and very professional. This purchase had to be right for us and Paul made the process seamless for both me and my wife, We would like to mention that the legal teams were helpful and played their role well, but I must say that without Pauls input I am quite sure we would not be enjoying our new dwellings. If you want to buy but not want the headache of house buying I would recommend Paul Quatremain with 25 years of knowledge and a great selection of properties I dare you to challenge his skills.

I recently purchased a property that was marketed by Paul Q - right from the first viewing he made me feel like he had my best interests at heart and listened to what my family's needs were. He went above and beyond to chase tardy lawyers and was just exceptionally helpful for my solicitor (who was also amazing). Through their collective efforts in a market where the administrative side of sales had slowed to snail's pace their teamwork pushed through my purchase in record time in order to beat (the now extended) stamp duty deadline.... it's a 10/10 from me!!!

Paul has recently sold my property in Romford. I was amazed at his energy and tenacity in dealing with, and resolving a multitude of issues.
