I would AVOID this company. Purchased a wig 6th June 2024 using Paypal. Didn't hear back from seller. Kept chasing for updates. Many excuses given such as, waiting for hair from supplier, death of a family member, hair with colour stylist for 2 weeks etc. Never received hair for 1.5 months after order confirmation. Threatened seller with negative review and reporting to paypal. She then remove the ability to add reviews to her site on Google. Seller claimed she issued refund but Paypal said they couldn't retrieve money from her account so it was cancelled. Paypal issued my money back. This took 2 months of wasted time and no wig. I believe Seller is a scam and had no intentions of fulfilling this order. Thankfully, I paid via Paypal and was able to get money back else I would have been £650 out of pocket. Please go elsewhere as it is quite a competitive market and genuine companies out there.
