This company has rebranded as BYQAAF and are absolutely disgusting. Send incorrect orders and then do have have the customer service to respond to any form of communication. I hate complaining but it’s not a small amount of money. Also, I had to resort to leaving comments which did nothing to get their attention, other than for them to delete them! Avoid them, do not order!!

I really wanted to give By Qudsiyah a chance despite the many negative reviews, especially as a revert trying to build a modest wardrobe. Unfortunately, my experience has been exactly what others warned about.

My order arrived with issues, and the seller even wrote “will issue refund” directly on my packing slip - yet no refund was processed until a few days later. There was no communication, no update and no basic customer service. Only after I reached out did she finally send an image of the refund transaction.

The whole situation was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better from a business selling Islamic/modest clothing. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again.

Very disappointing experience. I’ve ordered from this website multiple times and liked their items, but this has completely changed my view.
I had a missing item and was promised a refund, yet it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received anything. My messages have been completely ignored. I’m not the only one,I’ve seen many others report the same issues with missing items and no refunds.
I’ve never written a negative review before, but this needs to be said. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this brand.

Sadly won’t be ordering from here again. I don’t think the owner is a scammer but just doesn’t have good communication/organisation. Ordered a khimar 4-5 weeks ago and received the wrong size. They said I could keep it as a gift and would send another one. I’ve had to continuously chase on multiple platforms and was told I’d receive it this week but still haven’t. It’s disheartening as I’m big on supporting Muslim businesses but I just wouldn’t recommend it as it’s not the item I ordered and still don’t have the size I wanted.

They falsely advertise refunds which they don’t actually accept and they ignore your emails etc

A simple return as the head piece jilbab is not even modest and doesn’t cover the sides of the upper body. They ignore all emails and DMs, I’ve contacted so many times. A scam.

Has tried to rebrand under ‘ByQaaf’ and ‘by Qudsiyah’. Deletes comments under their social media of any complaints regarding missing orders and doesn’t reply to customer service emails promises “express” shipping but orders may not come and if the do it will be months later.

I ordered Black Short Diamond Khimar × 2 however I received only 1, I have been contacting them via their chat option on the website and emailed regarding this however there has been no response. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Horrendous service. I ordered my khimar a week before I needed it to take on Umrah (ordered on Sunday, said 2-3 business days and i was leaving the following Monday). They created the shipping label the next day after my order, as I got an email, but didn't bother to send it till the Friday. I contacted them asking if it had only just been sent, they replied after i left a comment on Instagram asking for my order no. They did nothing apart from ignore me after that. The parcel was going to be delivered after I left for the airport so I changed the delivery option on royal mail, so I can collect from the sorting office and had to stop on the way to the airport to collect. It was just the worst customer service I've ever seen, they have rebranded their site but they need to rebrand their poor business and customer service. Another girl replied to my comment on instagram saying she never even recieved her parcel, and they deleted both our comments. Do not buy from here, the quality is average, the prices are not worth it and the service is poor. If you reach out with any concerns, they will just ignore you.

They charge for delivery but somehow don’t pay enough to ship it out to customers.. they don’t bother to respond to emails or messages unless you publicly comment on their posts - which they delete straight away. Had to contact my bank to get my money back because they don’t bother to get back, sort out issues but just take your money without even actually sending out the items!!! Now they’re trying to rebrand and have a new page called “ByQaaf” it’s the same people so stay away from both if you don’t wanna get scammed! To the people behind this brand and ByQaaf, FEAR ALLAH AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY! Shame on you!

I ordered from Qudsiyah and it’s honestly been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. My order never arrived, and despite messaging and emailing them multiple times, I’ve had no proper response. I’ve even asked for a refund, but they continue to ignore me. The customer service is terrible, unprofessional and unhelpful.

I tried to comment on their TikTok to share my experience, and they hid my comment so no one could see it💀 how embarrassing. That shows they’re not willing to take responsibility or be transparent.

I’m so disappointed. I was really excited about my order :( and now I’m left frustrated and annoyed. Especially coming from a muslim owned business, I expected honesty and integrity. Taking my money and giving nothing in return is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. their service is selfish and awful. fear Allah.

Order was meant to include 2 pieces but only 1 arrived. Emailed multiple times and was ignored for weeks and then finally got a response simply saying “discount given”. NO discount was given when ordering nor after, have been ignored since. I have emailed requesting a return for so long and they are not responding or allowing me to return.

Horrific experience with Qudsiyah. The first few times I ordered when they started out a few years ago I would get my item promptly but the customer service has gone downhill and so has the quality. Abayas I order are now the wrong size and sleeves are too short. Sizes are totally inconsistent and if you message you get left on SEEN and ignored. I placed an order and it took THREE months to get my order. WHO TAKES THREE MONTHS? then she claimed it was a pre order, when it wasn’t. So now i was being gaslit and lied to. I will never shop here again. Not to mention that they never have info regarding fabric composition. Their linen line is NOT 100% linen even though it claims to be. Linen is never that thin and soft, it’s clearly a mix of materials. The dishonesty from the store and its owner is too much to ever want to shop there again.
