Joined this site today based on it been…

Joined this site today based on it been rated an excellent site on google
The only thing it's excellent at is taking money £235 deposited today and won nothing bonus reels very far apart got a bonus 15 free spins £7.60 win that was after loosing my first £120 this site comes across as a spam site and should be investigated 100% £235 and only paying out minimal wins

Doesn't Pay out.

I withdrew a little over $300 - I was supposed to be paid out on April 1st & never received anything. I have been going back and forth with their support and keep getting the run-around. They do NOT pay out, you'll waste a lot of your money on this site and not receive anything in return. I advise to stay far away from them.

Refusing to pay out.

I self excluded myself on a completely different site WildCasino and started playing Queen Bee. After having some luck, I attempted to withdraw my winnings of $5100. This request was denied due to the other site being a “sister site” to queen bee which I had no idea about nor was informed of at any point while playing and/or making a deposit.

I attempted to speak to customer service and was told they will only pay me out what I’ve deposited which is $733.90 due to me excluding on a completely different site.

Stay far away from Queen Bee.

UPDATE: I was able to speak with customer service who put me in contact with the finance team. They became quite aggressive telling me I have a problem and this is the result of it as well as I am lucky they are even willing to pay out the $700 I had deposited. When I asked again where in their policy it stated that self excluding on a separate site means I am not eligible to play and win on Queen Bee, they got slightly more aggressive without answering the question and said “this is your final option”

They then unlocked my account for me to withdraw the $733.90 and I was told not to try and withdraw more, they then locked me out and hung up. Terrible experience all around and I will be seeking legal counsel for the remaining $4367 as again, nowhere in their terms or rules does it state anything about this out of the blue rule they pulled to not pay me out my full winnings as well as make a formal complaint to the UK Gambling Commission where they hold their license unless this is resolved.

Omg I have been reading some of these…

Omg I have been reading some of these msgs and it's exactly what has happened to me and my partner. Both our accounts are blocked from all the sister connected sites and we both have money in them. We have both emailed the customer support sites and even the security sites as ov been told there is no number to call to speak to anyone but only emails. We are both discusted as this has been going on since March this yr. And we don't know how we can get our money back as we both get the same emails back saying they are still looking into our documents which we both sent everything they requested. How can we get our money back from these sites??? If anyone can give some advice then we would be greatful.

Hi... so I get a reply from queen bee bingo over a month ago as shown here and no response since.

How on earth can anyone trust these bingo sites after so many people loosing so much money

Terrible site queen bee bingo

Terrible site queen bee bingo. I've deposited about 200 and the biggest win was 11.00 its shocking got 26 free spins on the game I was playing and got 4.08 totally bad. I would AVOID THIS SITE

Good bingo and game site and gives you daily free spins and free tickets HOWEVER i won £5,000 on my free spins which youd of thought being a 'jackpot' youd get atleast some to be left disappointed to receive 15p. Bit of a joke if I must say myself 🙂

I deposited £60 on Tuck Shop bingo a…

I deposited £60 on Tuck Shop bingo a few days agi which is a sister site to Queen Bee. I had a balance of over £200 then was suddenly blocked on every site & couldn't email support so i rang & asked what was going on! They said i had to upload documents so i uploaded proof of bank statements. The drop down menu for employment is a joke as most of these working people would be on good wages or wouldn't have the time. I had to put in unemployed even though I'm a disabled stay at home single mam who's housebound most days. It's like all the sites expect everyone to be employed to be able to play when there's probably 1000s of people on benefits who play on bingo as it gives us something to do especially when you don't have anyfriends & there's chat rooms. I'm not in debt & only deposit every so often so it seems abit convenient i got blocked when i had a win. These bingo sites are quick enough to take your money but when you win they don't want to cough up. I'm not happy as i played fair & square. I've not only lost my £60 deposit on top of my winnings but i missed all the bonuses too. If they carry on like this they won't have any players left if they judge people on whether you work or not!

AVOID THESE....

No review yet...allow me to be the 1st to help you all out.....upon leaving one of thier other site a bad review..they restricted my other account which i had been playing on before i posted it today...same day i review..same day these sore gits restrict my other account....continue reading and ill tell you why....they are interlinked...heres wat happened to me.

Its down to 888 group/cassava enterprise(gibraltar ltd) and 888uk limited..dragonfish...I dont even want to give 1 star.. i give it -0 total customer abuse...upon joining a site held by these..its fine..but then when you recieve invitations telling you to join thier other branded site(sister sites).. thats were they get you. Deposit and give them your money..but believe me..you cant win..even if you do win..as stated by them which i have in writing..they are no obliged to give any cash balance or pending withdrawals. Its not like i joined the same site multiple times..i joined other bingo site which were named different. If this was such a bad thing and against terms then why the hell do they constantly invite you to thier other sites knowing fully well you are signed up on one of thier older sites..naturally who doesnt like a bit of wager free bingo...i do..and if i get invited..even better..but no..its a disgrace..it always ends up being the customers fault with these..they can not do any wrong..havent you herd the well known phrase"the customer is always right"...not to these.. but i stand my ground on this because i did nothing wrong.. if they did not constantly hound people to join the siteS they own..people would not have multiple bingos..but there are a few names that are unique and clearly same person but still keep poppin up in wins which makes me feel targeted as i have stated this to thier customer services..i do not have full access to my cashier now either and figured this out wen i made a deposit...i won..tried withdrawing a little of it..but amazingly my withdrawal section was restricted..deposit section was fine..they will invite you to join thier multiple different bingo sites and wen u do they will TAKE your money but they are not happy to give you anything back and will always say its your fault that they close your account and keep your money like they did with me on idolbingo..i deposited £10 bought tickets in the £1k thursday groove room..god makes me think i must have won because not even 24 hours later i could not even log in..they had restricted my access to my account not long after accepting my money..i contacted them and they told me i was abusing thier bonuses...funny seen as you have to deposit to get bonuses and i have not deposited on all sites i joined..i even stated i would happily play with NO bonuses ever...i was then told to refrain from opening any futher accounts within the 888 group specifically..cassava enterprise(gibralta)ltd and 888uk limited.they are a joke..and yet i still keep getting thier cruddy spam invites...wat a crok...i would tell you to AVOID THESE MONEY THIEVES..i have found a much better site and i adore this one and its NOT OWNED by 888,cassava enterprise or dragonfish...iam now sharing my bad experience with everyone so they know these brands can not be trusted in the bingo sites department. Geeze..why have so many sites and promote them with invitations if people you invite cant join without it being a sin. Join at your own risk/loss..im putting my reviews everywere regarding these..so all can see....including the company...i hope your company are proud of themselves...remember my name..TASHKOV...i hate your scamming thieving websites...its unique enuff for you to keep spamming me with your cruddy mail...im reporting all of them to the gambling commision authority.
