Illegal Activities

I cannot recommend Queens House, the 'luxury' co-working space based in St Albans, Hertfordshire based on my recent experience.

Apart from the severe communication difficulties where nobody ever calls back, or I get transferred to a 'EE Voicemail' during office hours on the main switchboard number, my e-mails also remain unanswered which makes me think they care little on potential customers or their existing community.

Whilst it's understandable that Steph is on maternity leave an unable to take my call, her replacement 'Ami' is always 'just stepped out the office' or 'away from her desk' - calls are never returned.

My reason for contact was to report one of their clients breaking the law by sending bulk unsolicited e-mail from IP addresses registered at their address as well as the promotion of unlicensed casinos via Royal Mail.

There are already 45 other complaints about this company, who reside at Queens House, mostly about harassment of receiving unsolicited communication.

I have this morning reported Queens House to the ICO and informed their commercial property insurance underwriters of ignored illegal activity at the property.
