I bought both my engagement ring and wedding rings . Everyone was very nice and explained everything in what I was paying for .

We had our initial appointment to design an engagement ring with Lexia. Lexia was patient, knowledgeable and helped us design my dream ring, even ensuring we managed to collect it before our vacation. She was also very responsive during the process. We had a follow up session to collect the ring with Joanna and to look at wedding bands and she was just as lovely and patient (even though it was a late evening). I personally liked that all jewellery is made in house and you get to see the studio as well. Zero regrets choosing Queensmith.

My fiancé and I recently bought our wedding bands from Queensmith and had an excellent experience. We were assisted by Laura, whose approachability immediately set us at ease in a process which we weren't familiar with. She guided us through the ring options with great care and consideration; we felt that we were in very good hands and really enjoyed our appointment. The wedding rings are beautifully made, engraved with a specific font that we requested. I would highly recommend Queensmith to friends, family and anyone looking to buy their wedding rings.

From start to finish, Lexia and the team were incredibly transparent and accommodating. They took the time to explain every detail without ever being pushy or salesy. They genuinely cared about helping find the right piece rather than just making a sale. I think this is so important when making such a big investment!!

Manuela's expertise and guidance on a ring that was both what we had in mind and within our budget was very much appreciated. The after-care service is exceptional, with a quick call for a follow up check-in and clean.

From starting with barely any clue to feeling like your in safe hands and creating something unique made it a really enjoyable process. Purchased an engagement ring for my partner at the end of last year and it looks absolutely amazing and we are both so happy with the ring. Knowing next to nothing about engagement rings, and having shopped around Hatton Garden for a few weeks without committing to a purchase, I made an appointment with Queensmith. Laura was simply phenomenal. She spent a huge chunk of time talking me through concepts like cut, clarity, band materials, sizing and finger presence, all of which I had some vauge understanding of, but little to no real knowledge.

At the end of a follow up appointment, we had a ring design finalised, and production was underway. Managed to keep the whole thing a complete surprise from my fiancé, who was absolutely thrilled with the end result. I guarantee the end result would not have turned out as well without Laura and the team.

I wanted something very specific for my engagement ring - some special space hardware on the inner band, and an engraving of a specific rocket. Every jeweller I approached was either sceptical about the idea or outright said it wasn't possible. Eddi at Queensmith thought it was a great idea from the start and did everything he could to make my vision come to life. Unbelievable! From start to finish the care and attention to detail was second to none. From the moment i stepped into the store i felt very positive, but after the tour from the lab and the expert run through of what to look for from a ring from Manuela, i know this was the right place.
