Total scam of a website. Its based in coasta Rica which has no regulations concerning gambling. I deposited £50 and it never was added to my account and when I contacted them they lied and said it would be refunded but never was. They are not licensed in the united kingdom. If I could give 0 stars I would, I believe this to be a fraudulent company. I’m UK my money has gone out to a company who is based in England but it’s gone in euros and now I’m told the company is based in Costa rico and Cyprus. I don't understand all the bad reviews. The only downside imho is that you incur fees for foreign exchange currency but they are usually less than £1 each time. I verified all my details and haven't long won over £6000 which I received within a few days of withdrawal. I expect a lot of the negative reviews from people who won were posted before they managed to withdraw their winnings. They are so quick to take your money without asking for your id first, yet you win 600.00 try to withdraw it and you get asked for id.
When I make any deposits out my bank account sends me a verification code to make sure it's me before any money leaves my account and without the code which also proves it's me making payment it will not allow money to leave. I've been told that I need photo id to get my money out and when I told them I don't have any photo id they told me to go and get some photo id how disrespectful are they.. I am currently sitting with a balance of £1000 on this betting site. Ive have tried numerous times to withdraw only to be denied. Reason i have been given is for verification reasons, although no verification was needed for all the hunders of UK £s i deposited to win this £1000 i speak of. Anyway ive stayed calm and followed all steps the site has given me. Uploaded a picture of myself himding my passport next to my face, Uploaded a picture of my bank card ( excluding some numbers to stop any more fraud!) , and Uploaded and up to dat bank statement showing my full name, adress and corresponding bank details. But gues what, withdrawal has still been denied. At this point i think my money is already gone, if i can do one thing is to reach out to anyone here with hard earned money or even spare change, please keep it in your pocket rather than give it to this clear scam website. Verified my account and they are still refusing to payout my winnings. I am in the process of identiying a debt collection agency ro recover monies should they fail to payout.
