This company is so bad, and their customer service is terrible. They took a long time to respond to my queries about why my order hadn’t shipped after 6 business days, and responded that it is “ out of their hands “.

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. There is NO customer service, no phone number, if you email you won’t get a response. I ordered something for a baby shower. Two weeks have gone by and item has not shipped and can’t get anyone to talk with me. I got an email the item was “ready” whatever that means, with a tracking number that goes no where! I’m asking for a full refund and will dispute credit card charges. Do NO order anything from them, horrible company!

Agree with the previous review - worst purchase made during pregnancy. The marketing leads you to believe this is a high quality bag but in reality you would not pay more than £10 for this. It looks and feels cheap and poorly made. I believed I was buying a bag from a Los Angeles based company, only to discover the bag was shipped from Wuhan. The quality is so cheap looking for the £55 I paid that I actually feel like I have been scammed!

This company is charging anything between £63 to £130 for their bag! (depending on discounts). And it's the worst quality bag I have ever bought online. If I saw this in a shop I would pay maximum £8-10!! it's cheap! zippers are rubbish - they break within minutes! And when I emailed them about getting a refund they said they cannot return back as mine was delivered from China! and then I insisted so they said ok send it to us to the US but you have to pay for the shipping cost yourself. Terrible bag! Terrible Service! Avoid at all cost!! you can buy a high end brand for this amount! this is officially the worst purchase I made during my pregnancy!
