Excellent Service

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Gioacchino Cinquemani who services our Bevi water dispenser at Northwell North Shore Hospital, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the professionalism demonstrated was commendable. Very happy with our Bevi unit and the service we consistently receive.

It took over a week to get the machine…

It took over a week to get the machine fixed. The answer i got from Quench was that they are not doing any service calls the week that it was broke. I am not really sure why. I never got a clear answer.
Technician was great though and when he came out to fix it, it works perfect.

ACTUALLY LISTENS & Kind

We all have crazy work schedule and for sure, I did NOT have the time to go back and forth with customer service. When I called, not only was Thomas M. (Representative) kind and listening to me. He was able to resolve my concerns in a timely matter. There were no sales pitch or additional information at the end. Thank you for getting it done!

Affordable options

My experience has been great so far. Brittany C. was my sales lady, and she assisted me with switching to Quench from bottle service. My team love the water, we have more space in the breakroom, and it's affordable! Great company and team.
