The install was great there were no problems or issues the installer seemed very knowledgeable . The water taste great as well. My only concern is that I haven't heard from anyone since regarding maintenance. After posting this review I was contacted by Culligan Quench and all is well now.

Love not having to refill. Machine can accidently hit hot water with reaching across machine to use. Has been challenging to teach older adults how to use this touchless machine.

I am pleases with the technician that came here and fixed everytihng. I was not happy that they did not service us for almost three years. The set up in the bathroom was not orginially done right under Waterlogic. I am fine with setting up appts. but canceling almost three times before actually coming here was a bit much. Once he was here he was super nice, and took care of everything we needed. I believe the problem was at the office level not at all for the technician he was great.

The Culligan water is an excellent option! The only complaint is that it makes a loud noise after every ice or water withdrawal! Otherwise, we have no complaints!

When placing an order, I do not receive any notifications regarding the expected delivery time. Additionally, it is challenging to identify which order belongs to our specific location, as we have multiple locations under a single company account. I often find it necessary to order Folgers from Amazon.

I like Quench so much because it is safe and water I get from it is obviously clean and palatable. The only bad thing of quench is it is so hard to request parts and filters even if untouched are using quench portal. I wish you have a plan to spread your business and open the market to the residential customers.
