Horrible service
What a horrible service! I’ve been buying my shoes here for years, but I will never go back again. I bought a pair of boots which I’ve been trying on in the store (for 15 minutes), because I was not sure if I really liked them. I tried them on at home and decided I didn’t want them. I returned them 2 days later, but didn’t get my money back (not even a voucher) because they said they have been worn. I would never ever in my life return items that have been worn, I don’t even have the balls to do that :)
When I left a review on Google
Maps they replied with a useless copy paste answer saying they were hoping my experience with them will be better next time.
Which next time? Did you even read my message? Another sign that you don’t care about providing good customer service.
People, DON’T buy your shoes here, you will regret it since returning shoes is impossible :)
