Nice design but poor manufacturing

Nice design but poor manufacturing quality control.
Purchased quest 4 table and found the welds on support legs were incorrect not allowing support arm to lock in place. Contacted quest claims directly. Accidentally through an email thread admitted it was ongoing quality control issues. Explained to go to supplier store tentworld (not local) wife returned table, new table was inspected by store. Once we set up table at home had the exact same issue. Reached out to quest warranty again which wanted nothing to do with it. I like the design of some of there products just doesn't have any quality to back it up.

Small family owned business in KY

Small family owned business in KY. Not a china scam site. Had to call regarding a shipping issue and it was resolved immediately. Will order from there again.
