The activation tricky, but did work well
The activation process is difficult and confusing, make sure you are with a friend as two phones are required to scan the QR code and then activate it.
Once set up though, my service worked as soon as we landed (Cairo for us).
I purchased 3gb and this was enough for 10 days. We were constantly away from free WiFi so relied on our eSIM data which worked really well, even in more remote places.
I was checking my usage daily, but the figures didn’t really make much sense.
I received an email and text from the company to top up but I didn’t need to. I would use them again for sure.

The sim card worked well
The sim card worked well, and service was largely availble in all cities and in most places as we cruised down the nile.
The wifi on the river cruise was extremely poor, so I was very grateful that I had an esim card that worked well.
I bought 3GB for 7 days and used 2GB, so well worth the small expenses.

Purchased this esim for Dubai and had no problems at all. Was a fast connection and as downloaded it before I left Europe, I could use WhatsApp for text. Couldn't make a video call, but I don't think that's the issue of the esim as technically WhatsApp isn't used in Dubai. I still had plenty of Gig when I returned home. Overall, no issues.

Love esim
Love esim, would definitely recommend getting it downloaded on your phone for holiday and business outside of the UK. It's great rates and easy to set up and install..and when your back in the UK you can switch it off and turn back on your normal mobile sim. I've used it in Thailand and Malta since downloading and installing it last November and I have had no issues so far.

The whole process worked very efficiently. It was my first time using an eSIM and was sceptical. But my initial concerns were misplaced and the SIM worked in India before I had even collected my luggage. I am converted and will definitely use again.
