Excellent service, Cheapest around, Fast dispatch and delivery.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 1400 boxes for Black Friday stock, went to start packing in cyber Monday and what I ordered was not was delivered, boxes were odd shaped and not the same size, we had to cut every single box down and tape the edges which looked awful. What should of took a few hours took until 10pm Monday for 8 staff, absolutely disgusted with customer service as well, I sent pictures and the reply “what do you want me to do about it”.

Absolutely diabolical!!!!

So after emailing the managing director at ms @ quickbox.co and not receiving a reply, I had no choice but to leave an honest review on trust pilot!!

You have suggested I was aggressive and abusive?
Please tell me what I said which was either of these ??
Is it the fact I advised you your service was not good enough! Because you left me with 2 days to source 500 boxes from elsewhere as you were unable to supply on time?
Or was it because I asked to speak to a manger/ MD and you said you didn’t have a manger as everyone knew what to do when the MD wasn’t on site!!
Yes when the materials arrived you cut them so I could come and collect 60 of them, but I ordered boxes not poorly cut pieces of cardboard that do not line up . Your website is very misleading for the style of box I ordered! You need to change this immediately so others do not waste there money!
I’m still waiting to see what you are able to do as I have a 1000 pieces of card which I can’t use.

The quality of the product is very poor, the cuts in the card don’t line up meaning the overall look is very cheap and does not fit with our brand!
(Not to mention the mess around with delays to the delivery date) I’m extremely disappointed since I have emailed the Managing Director and had no response!!
I would not recommend this company!!

I ordered a bespoke boxes from them they didn’t delivered it on the date it was supposed to be delivered three days ago and when I called them they told me they posted through tnt and then I called the tnt I found out they haven’t even posted the item and they didn’t even called them to resolve the issue. They literally lied to me and didn’t even try to solve the problem and blamed on tnt. Lying to to the costumers is unacceptable in the first place and if they were unable to make the box or post the box on time then they should let us know about it also they should try harder to resolve the issue. Very bad experience

First thing first I was never abusive to your sales team and I have returned your boxes. Also you took few days and few calls to refund me when you guys offered me refund me. As for the lying part I felt you guys lied to me because of the fact you told me that you would call tnt and resolve the issue and will give me a call back but when I called them when I didn’t got a call back from you they told me no one from your company called them to enquire about the consignment let alone resolve it. And what’s the point of sending me boxes when I already ordered it from some other company and I recieved it within 24 hr which I did after you offered me the refund.

My last box I purchased although considerable cheaper no where need the quality of the one I received today. Very impressed was able to use the delivery box when cut, as insulation...

I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for my future shipments.

Excellent service

Over half of the delivery was not dispatched causing a delay in getting the complete shipment. This had a knock on effect to my online sales business.

Boxes were well over a week late when they assured me a delivery time at point of order, the only reason I went with them. When they did arrive they were very creased, compromising the strength significantly, and cut very amateurishly, uneven and wonky. A better job could have been done on the kitchen table. Ultimately the package I sent got damaged, admittedly not directly their fault, but would not have been helped by the weakened structure of the box. Won't be using again even in a pinch.

Quick box do provide a good service/good customer service. Not quite as quick as they say they are, but close enough, Quickbox say 7 working days but is actually more like 10 days from order to delivery.

I do not rate the Currier service they use. As a manufacturer, who has used that particular Currier in the past, I know how bad they are and I have been a let down for this order and therefore Quickbox. This is why I have given them 4 stars.

Product is of a good enough quality, especially for the price paid. I would use again and hope Quickbox works on there shipping processes.

Website states: "From order to delivery in just 7 Working Days".

Order placed on 12-Oct-2018, 10 sample boxes each in two different board thicknesses. Two weeks and several phone calls later, TNT delivered flat sheets of cardboard instead of boxes. Sent pictures and was assured the correct order would be produced and sent out as a matter of urgency. On 07-Nov-2018 TNT advised that there was a failed collection - despite quickbox generating a manifest the order was not ready for collection. On 12-Nov-2018 quickbox advised that the order has been "lost" by TNT - not collected but somehow they lost it. Another assurance that it would be produced and sent out for next day delivery. 14-Nov-2018, no delivery but quickbox again assures me that it would go out for delivery "tomorrow".

A special mention to Rhianna, Tamara, Lindy, Katie and Will - I think I have spoken to every single person in this company and despite personal assurances, one month after placing the order, not received the goods I ordered.

Received despatch notification from quickbox along with TNT consignment details on 15-Nov. Full order delivered on 19-Nov. Boxes are good quality and internal dimensions correct. Thank you to Katie H for personally intervening and making follow-up telephone calls.

Great experience with Quickbox! 🙌 there were slight delays with my order due to them having recently moved to a new production facility, but I was kept informed at every stage, and the lead time was still market leading for bespoke size boxes. Keep up the great work guys!! 📦👏💥

Very pleased with the service I got from Quickbox. I needed a very small order of bespoke boxes to start off with and they were more than happy to help me with my requests. Will definitely be using Quickbox on a regular basis with much larger orders!

We send products worldwide, and in quantity, so we were very pleased to find Quickbox and their super fast turnaround on custom made boxes. We generally order between 500 and 1,000 boxes which are very much non-standard and a variety of shapes. So far, Quickbox have met our demanding schedules and the quality of service and product has been superb. We hope to continue our relationship with the company and expand our product selection packaging.
