Do not shop here!! I ordered my candles on the 1st of September it is now the 8th of October and my parcel has not arrived. This was a birthday present so I had to order elsewhere, since contacting the customer services they have reiterated that the order has been delivered but would not send proof with pictures of the package outside our house and we also have a recorded video from our ring door bell that no parcel arrived that day.

6 weeks later we continuously get ignored, we had one email where they said they would send another package however we asked for a refund due to ordering elsewhere. They refused to refund us the money and again since have just ignored us.

Lastly the communication from their customer service team is appalling, it is one of the worse I have ever dealt with. They are really rude, patronizing and dismissive in any of the responses.

I would highly recommend not ordering from this company, since we have had to contact Paypal to resolve our issues as this company will not respond.

I've tried to leave an honest review of the candles from this company on their website. The candles are average and burn time is exaggerated so I left three stars. I went through a verification email process but the review seems to have disappeared. I checked the reviews and they are ALL five star so obviously Quick Candles wants to create an unrealistic view of their products. What is the point of requesting a review if QC doesn't want a truthful assessment and does that help new customers?? I think not.
