Great app
Simple to use and very self explanatory. The sales inventory is very useful and the fact you can see the invoice activity is also a great feature. Also if you find an issue you can always find the answer on google.

I am very satisfied with UX…
I am very satisfied with the user experience of QuickFile. Everything is so smooth and it is very easy to use it. It is also affordable.
What I can ask for an extra contribution to the software is to ease the process of customer/supplier creation and modification and to add reminders to comply with the UK regulations and requirements on time. For example, recently the Companies House released a statement about accounting software usages. I would expect a notification from QuickFile with a roadmap on what to do.

Quickfile is a brilliant tool
Quickfile has made my accounting so easy. It's great to have everything in one place and the ability to quickly upload receipts from my phone. The dashboard gives you a quick overview. Raising and sending invoices easily means managing your business finances couldn't be easier. It's also great to see your profit and loss so you can estimate tax contributions.

I've tried other accounting software…
I've tried other accounting software and they are either designed in the 70s or just way to complicated to use. Quickfile is simply brilliant. It's very intuitive, clear and simple to use and set up and if you need help there is a great community behind it and, as a bonus, the owner and developer is part of that community, so above and beyond support is available. Highly recommended.

I really like quickfile, which I have been using for 4 years now, all the features, useability and information it provides is excellent- linking to bank accounts is a fantastic and association with accountants is brilliant. A big thumbs up from me.

Easy to use, simply to learn and full of features
From first use, continued prompt support I've been using for over a year. It's been very reliable and easy to use, has 80% of the features I need and you would expect to run a small business. Some features do cost a little extra, but worth the spend as save time and effort.
