I have changed my 15 years old combi boiler and Kerry with his team where fantastic from the beginning to the end. Top work and professional defenetley recomand to friends and family.

Quick Fix Heating (Kerry) did a fantastic job replacing an old boiler/tank system with a combi-boiler. From initial consultation through powering boiler up and final certification handover, every step was highly professional, super-tidy and "quick". It was all done in a weekend ready for the new occupant, quite the accomplishment factoring in the tight working spaces and removal of old tanks. I have worked with various engineers, and never been this impressed with communication, workmanship and organisational skills.

Kerry & his team @ Quick Fix Heating Ltd fitted a new boiler & heating system in my parents' house. They are elderly & he was very keen that they did not feel "rail-roaded" into going ahead with any works & that they felt they were being fairly treated. This approach was a breath of fresh air, compared with some others that they had enquired upon for the new boiler. The works were completed very quickly & efficiently - plus my parents are very happy with the outcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kerry & Quick Fix Heating to anyone - thanks for a great job!

I must admit after speaking with Kerry and reading the great reviews - I was still dubious but took a risk .

What a good decision I made in which I received a stress free and fantastic service. Kerry is a super knowledgeable- reliable and trustworthy person . He took time to explain everything to a lay person and walked me through the new heating system set up . This was completed in almost a day and given at a most competitive price .

I am now going to use Kerry to service all my boilers and will be recommending him to friends and family .

Quick Fix responded quickly to my request for quotes to replace my gas combi boiler in NW10. They got back to me with excellent information and prices and gave me the confidence they knew what they were doing. They were able to do the job very shortly afterwards. They kept me informed before and after the job, took photos and sent them to me. They kept my tenant informed too. Their post-job paperwork was accurate and produced quickly. I could not ask for a more professional and friendly service. I thoroughly recommend Kerry and Stephanie and all at Quick Fix. And I’ll be happy to call on their services again in the future too 👍

I can’t praise Kerry enough and his team amaze me how hard they worked also the fact that they were so conscious of the property they laid a special stuff down to keep the carpets all clean they said they would arrive at a certain time is spot-on and in fact to the boiler they fitted which was unvented boiler has totally transformed the building we’ve had nine showers in the building and they’re all working wonderfully so I can’t praise them enough and he is a great guy so thank you very much kerry

Kerry and the team are highly professional and recommended. They turned up at the promised time and finished the work to high standards.
Kerry explained the whole mechanism of the boiler to me and took time to speak on phone with the tenants as well to explain the whole system.

Fantastic job done by Kerry and his team. We changed our old style boiler to new combi boiler and Kerry did amazing job. Job was done in one day as he mentioned earlier at reasonable price. My gas central heating boiler broke down as the weather turned cold ,and could not be repaired . Quick Fix replied immediately to my advertisement for a replacement, submitted a reasonable quotation and within two days a new boiler had been installed, and my house was warm again. Kerry was very professional and efficient, giving me sound advice and setting out options clearly and concisely. The work was done quickly, and with care and attention. I am very pleased with the result, and can confidently recommend Quick Fix .

Our best experience on Rated People by far in over 10 years. Highly efficient, respectful and professional service that has restored my faith in internet services. From first phone call , Quickfix heating exceeded expectations with same day visit and a clear written quote x 2 cheaper than British Gas. A few days later, my dated flat was transformed with a modern gas central heating system. Excellent communication, knowledge, attention to detail and cleanliness. From start to finish, Kerry was helpful, professional, and up front regarding new boiler installation. The work carried out was timely and spot on, very clean and left the place spotless, all paperwork etc emailed on the day once the job was finished. Kerry went that extra mile and did a couple of small jobs with the minimum of fuss which me/family really appreciated. I have already pencilled him in for another job & his contact given to family/friends.

I am totally impressed; I can't rate Kerry and his team highly enough! Kerry and Keon were an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, polite and efficient. A totally professional service, right from the initial contact, all the way through to the completion of the job. They installed my new combi boiler and flue, and removed my old boiler. Communication was excellent at all times, and the job was very reasonably priced. They arrived when they said they would, and worked non-stop throughout the day.

First Class Service from Quick Fix Heating... from the first phone conversation with Kerry, to completing the job of taking out a conventional boiler and installing a combi boiler. Left everything clean and tidy, took away all the rubbish and gave advice on other jobs being done in the house too. Fantastic Service.
I had had a bad experience with a plumber and I needed to replace an old regular boiler with a new system boiler. Kerry as well as another firm I approached for a quote suggested a Vaillant boiler. Kerry was very honest. He initially told me that he needed to make a change to the current system but when I told him that I heard a different opinion he called Vaillant and called me back saying that the change was not needed. His quote was competitive and he was available to complete the job few days after. He also included in the quote the rebalancing of our underfloor heating system. He installed the boiler very quickly, he covered all surfaces and left everything clean and tidy. He explained everything I needed to know about the boiler, sent me warranty and certificate via email. We had to wait for a spare part in order to fix the UFH and Kerry was available to return as soon as the part was available. He even anticipated an issue and arrived with a spare part which could be potentially needed. That was actually the case and his good thinking saved us additional hassles. I think we have found a great plumber. Thank you Kerry and team.

Kerry replaced the boiler at our house. At the start of the job all surfaces have been covered and when he left everything was so tidy and clean you couldn't tell any work was done.
The communication was great from the start in helping us choose a boiler, explaining the work he will perform in details and providing us with a comparative quote.
He stood up to what he promised and performed a very professional job. He also explained how to operate the boiler and the Nest thermostat.
Kerry is also very efficient. The gas safe certificate and the warranty were emailed to us as soon as he finished the job.
We were very pleased and highly recommend him to anyone.
