The service offered provides great value. Bandwidth and CPU provide good speed. The ability to upload an ISO and configure it over VNC is a strong feature.

We have a long-term relationship with QuickHostUK and they have been our preferred web host and domain provider for some time now. Support tickets are consistently responded to within 5-10mins with resolutions completed very quickly. The team are polite and professional and a pleasure to work with.
The software used for server space is also industry-leading, with all the features you can think of. We've had some issues with Modsecurity in the past, but they have always been solved very quickly and I much prefer the safety the firewall rules bring over the occasional blip.
All-in-all, a great web host and preferred option for anyone wanting domain/hosting services in the UK.

I was just looking for a no frills unmanaged virtual hosting provider. It's been plain sailing with any support tickets promptly dealt with. I've only got a couple of low traffic sites for local non profits but I've had no issues with outages or ongoing support (I maybe only opened 1-2 tickets.

Cheap price but good quality VPS hosting. Had the odd bit of downtime during my time, but not very often. The support is very frustrating as the stock answer is always this is not a managed service our hourly rate is X to look into the issue, even if its hard to distinguish if its a fault with the server or service. Also the advertised Windows servers don't come with a license you have to buy a Windows server license and activate it yourself which is not very clear when purchasing.
I've now moved providers, but would recommend to anyone who has in house expertise to manage the service or will to pay a premium for their managed service.

I have used the services of QuickHostUK for a number of years and the service has always been excellent.
I have also found that the support team is 1st class on the rare occasions I've needed their help, plus their response time to any enquiry has always been very prompt

I use lots of hosting facilities situated over the world; some costing me £100's of pounds per month, some just a few pounds, like the facility I have with QuickHostUK.
My experience tells me that many of the hosting facilities at the 'value' end of the scale can be troublesome. Flaky setups, unrealistic limits on data transfer and storage and constant changes to DNS quickly drain away my time. Unfortunately, I do need to make use of new facilities on a regular basis, so there's no getting away from it for me — but it is the bane of my life.
However, this has definitely NOT been the case with QuickHostUK. The hosting they've provided has been top notch - robust, fast and dependable. And on the occasions I've needed to call on support, the staff have been super-quick to respond and very helpful.
Would I use QuickHostsUK for every one of my sites if I could? Of course. Should you use them? Hell, yeah! 5 STARS.
