Prices quoted on their website are misleading and unsatisfactory customer service

Quote from website for Texas "The price of an appointment is based on the complexity of a patient’s case and the healthcare professional’s expertise and years of experience. The price ranges from as low as $45.00 to a max of $149.00" I shopped prices for competitors, and this range was the lowest I could find. I uploaded a concise information narrative about my wife's condition, length of disability, pain scale, treatment modalities and prescription medications attempted and activities of daily living that were impacted, everything that should make the physician's decision easy as far as meeting the criteria for Texas. We also submitted spinal x-rays complete with the radiologist's findings and diagnosis. With us providing everything we did, I was expecting to be paying an amount less than the maximum. We were charged $149. We waited in the virtual waiting room for around 25 minutes for the doctor's appearance. There was no interview. He asked for the last 5 digits of the social security number. There was no time to ask any questions before he signed off. We called later to add me as a care giver so I could pick up her medications for her if she wasn't feeling well. We were told there would be a $45 fee for doing the paperwork. Since the doctor was late for the appointment and spent less than 3 minutes with us, I didn't think it would be unreasonable to waive the fee. It appears the company is more concerned with maximizing profits and less about providing satisfactory customer service and transparency in pricing. If everyone in Texas is being charged $149 for a prescription, please don’t indicate that there is a price range, just say it’s $149

I paid to see a provider at 9am and provider never showed …

I paid to see a provider at 9am today and I've been a loyal customer for years. I clocked out of work and sat in my car at 8:58, logged in for my appointment and sat in the virtual waiting area until 9:45 a.m. I lost so many tips during that time. I reached out to them and let them know provider never showed up. Shortly after they sent my card, without seeing a provider. I asked for at least a partial refund but they replied the provider did show and she sent over my card. In Virginia im at least supposed to see a provider virtually to get my card. They said the provider saw me. I took screenshot s at different times to show I was in the waiting area. They responded after review they can't issue any type of refund.

Super quick and too easy I thought for sure I was going to get scammed but everything went smoothly, the nurse was kind, immediately approved and sent me my certificate all within 10 mins.

I was on opiods for chronic pain for approximately 20 years. I had plenty of problems with long term use to my overall health. I talked with Dr Durinka and he was very helpful and offered suggestions and was willing to work with my pain Dr to wean off opiods. I've been off all options now for 4 years my health has improved. My family has been very pleased because I am able to be more active with family gatherings. I feel that your group has assisted in me being more active. You were very helpful and supportive in my process.
