Avoid Ordering from these people at all all costs!
Absolutely appalling service from Quick Meds — avoid at all costs.
I ordered £300 worth of medication that I need to take weekly, with a promised delivery time of 48 hours. That never happened. The parcel was “lost” by Royal Mail, and after over a week of waiting for their investigation, they’ve confirmed they cannot locate it.
You would expect a medical supplier to act responsibly in this situation — especially when the product is essential. Instead, Quick Meds have refused to send a replacement and are now telling me I have to wait up to 30 days for a refund.
So not only am I £300 out of pocket, but I’m also left without medication I rely on, forced to go elsewhere and pay again.
This is completely unacceptable. When you are dealing with healthcare products, customer care should be a priority — not passing the problem onto the customer and hiding behind policies.
Extremely poor customer service, no urgency, no accountability, and zero empathy.
Avoid ordering from this company at all costs — especially if your medication is time-sensitive.
