First time using compare the parking

First time using compare the parking, was given the provider FALCOLN PARKING LTD, never in my life would I use this service or recommend these agents again. SAM from falcoln parking swore at me down the phone, his name definitely is not Sam and he’s registered his company using his wife’s name to avoid taxes clearly! What a disgusting individual no one wants to deal with! 07796 651766 This is his number! My car has THREE new mobile connections added onto the car they have clearly been using it for their own personal use I will be taking this further They also use the name quick park limited both owned by Muhammad mughal

This is NOT Quick at all !!

Dont get this company confused with Quick Parking Ltd as I did (who have excellent reviews) ! We used Quickparkheathrow for the first time this week and never again ! Drop off went fine but when we arrived back at Heathrow last night at 21.47 called the phone number provided and it rang and rang with no answer - and the call cancelled - this happened 3 times . Finally on the 4th attempt the call was answered and the response was you are not scheduled to arrive until 22.00 - at this point it was 21.52! We asked politely for our car to be returned.
We waited patiently until 22.30 when we called again to ask where our car was and were told he would check and call us back . No call back -we waited another 10 minutes before calling again and were told the driver was nearby and would be with us in a few seconds. We asked why was there such a delay and were told there are roadworks in the area . Finally our car arrived at 22.45 - one hour after our first call. The driver was very polite and extremely surprised to hear we had been waiting an hour as he was only called to pick us up 10 minutes ago - so probably when we chased up at 22.30. An appalling service and one that we will never use again ! The product we booked is titled “instant meet and greet” - hardly instant having to wait an hour !
Also be aware you have to pay the short stay drop off charge of £7.50 - at drop off and pick up - so another £15 on top of the price you pay !!
