From the rapid delivery, to the quality of the product, nobody can have any complaints. I've had similar goals from elsewhere and quickplay are by far the best.

Received two goals in UK neither one I ordered and no one to contact regarding replacement or refund. Junk company selling junk. Come on USA sort this branch of Quickplay out and save your reputation.

Ordered goals for my sons birthday got…
Ordered goals for my sons birthday got sent goals with two poles the same so couldn’t build this, contacted customer service who sent me replacement this matter also happened again!
Contacted customer service again and was told there was an investigation no further updates got my refund back but with no explanation and two sets of goals that can’t be built. Customer service was ok the first couple of times. Now need to find another set somewhere else.

Edit- I received a replacement (Broken product and bad experience)
Edit to below post. I was kindly sent a new goal as a replacement as the parts were still out of stock after 9 months.
The pole on my goal broke just out of warranty. Apparently it would've been in warranty if I had signed up to their spam mail.
Customer service said they'd have to charge for the part, but they didn't know when it would be in stock.
I would've had to keep contacting them for up to 3 months to see when the part was in.
Instead, I've chosen to buy another make of goal and share my bad experience with Quickplay.

I’m a UK football coach and bought from a retailer.
Had a goal that was damaged - they replaced it under the manufacture warranty extremely quickly and for free!
Spoke to a lady called Tracy - amazing customer service.
Will 100% be returning each season to buy from you over competitors - and will tell all of my clients parents to buy from Quickplay!
