expensive and slow orthopedic products online store

they mostly do drop-shipping from China.
I ordered a pillow (order number 7279) , added money for fast delivery (5-9 days). ordered on Dec 31st, 2025 The product arrived on Jan 18th ,2026. way after the promised time. when I mailed them about the long shipping times or about my desire to return the product, they ignored my email/whatsapp .
the same product can be bought on other big sites for less and with faster delivery options.
for example : I paid 118$ for identical product that costs on amazon 82$ (incl S&H).
when I contact them before purchase and asked if the pillow is in country , they of course avoided the answer. I should have known then.
they have a responsive a whatsapp support number.
their return policy is somewhat sketchy , you need to get approval, you need to pay for returns, you can not use the product and you never get a response for about return query.
so its not a scam site but I don't recommend it. you can get the same products from more reliable websites.
the website can be also found under different domains: quickreliefau or quickreliefus . the physical address is residential house so its probably fake address. the email address is a gmail account.
