I lost €1000 pounds my life savings to this app, have never recovered from that still date, if you know what's best for you, get a better cryptocurrency app because quidax exchange is one of the ponzi scheme apps... This happened 08/22, since then I haven't recovered from it.

This is a scam website i did a deposit trial to check how efficient they are but to my surprise this is really a scam website "DONT DO ANY TRANCASCTION WITH THEM" none of their stuff is working but it always accept but you can get anything out from them

Quidax is horrible. High and ridiculously inflated fees. Imagine being charged 59,000 naira just to purchase 1000 dollars worth of crypto. Who does that? I was pissed off to be honest. My sincere advice to anyone considering Quidax is to run. Run fast if you don't want to get ripped off.

Quidax is very good before but, why quidax is change from good service to bad service customer care? Deposit money is delay, what happened maybe is conditions of Africa especially Nigeria right or Nigeria is a frustrating Country

This is a very slow app,it takes minutes to respond and it crashes a lot.
The currency pairs are falsely manipulated to make You lose Money for example apecoin is sold for $2 in this site whereas the price on other exchanges is $1.6 and guess what they will let You swap to apecoin but they will not let You deposit cheap apecoin which You bought from elsewhere to their website they will gain from You but won't let You gain from them, please do not I repeat DO NOT USE THIS APP,DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY

I have been using Quidax for almost 4 years now and I have not encountered any form of fraud. The customer service are responsive and always read to help when ever I encounter any problem either with deposit or withdrawal. I remember sending a mail to the customer support late last year for non reflection of my deposit and a confirmation of proof of payment was provided and the deposit reflected in less that a hour after. Also had a delayed confirmation of withdrawal in the early hours of today 11/2014 and a screenshot with an e-mail attached sorted out the issue. I will appreciate it more if the withdrawal fee on BEP 20 network can be reviewed to $0.1.

Was bad for swapping and the exchange rates are too high if you see 1,156 at the end of the Swap you get 1,138 naira or something like that and that’s not nice be specific of you buy or sell for 1,156 you should have that it’s simple you put fees for everything and it’s too much
