Purchased a garden sofa from SKLUM on…

Purchased a garden sofa from SKLUM on 08 December 2025 for €946.90.

The sofa was installed on a covered balcony and used normally. After approximately two months the metal structure developed several rust spots.

I contacted customer support and sent photos. SKLUM confirmed the product was covered by warranty but refused any refund and offered only replacement.

I clearly informed them three times that I did not want a replacement because I had lost confidence in the product quality.

Despite this, SKLUM proceeded to ship a replacement sofa anyway.

The defective sofa was collected by their carrier on 02 March 2026. Even so, the company shipped a new unit without my agreement.

The dispute is now pending through a consumer arbitration centre.

The problem is not only the defect itself but also the way the case was handled: the company insisted on a solution that had already been refused several times instead of considering a refund.
