I used QuikFix for a repair and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The mechanic arrived within an hour, got straight to work, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Not only was the job done quickly, but he was also really personable and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience much more relaxed.

Highly recommend QuikFix to anyone needing a reliable mobile mechanic. I would definitely be using them again!

I spilled some OJ on my laptop, got it cleaned up, but in the process, lost a few keyboard keys.
Found this business, ordered the dozen or so of the keys I needed, and they arrived! Sort of...

The order and invoice included several keys I didn't order, but hey, they had the hinge part I actually needed so oh well, no big deal.

But then one of the keys I ordered/tried to order had the wrong hinge part, so I emailed customer support who claimed I didn't order that key and they didn't send it. Which...wild since they did literally send it to me, but yeah, it turns out that it wasn't on the invoice itself somehow? Either way, it doesn't seem like they actually have a good setup between the shopping page, the cart, and the order fulfillment.

I'm hoping they'll resolve this and send me the correct replacement key with the correct hinges, but fair warning: what you receive may or may not be what you actually ordered.

I attempted to purchase from this store, however the item I wanted says "Out of stock; Estimated restock time: Unknown". They say that there should always be an estimated restock time, so I accept that this may just be a bug. However, their support page tells you not to contact them if you have a restock enquiry. I sent my enquiry over a month ago, and have still received no response. Their support page also tells you not to send a follow-up support request in the case you have received no response.

It seems they have little care in providing any customer service at all. Also, their AI chatbot was extremely misleading.

I order a replacement key for an Apple Magic Keyboard on May 1st, 2025. It shipped on May 2nd, 2025. USPS has lost my shipment and put it in limbo. QuikFix replied to my first inquiry to tell me to wait patiently. I replied about the importance of my shipment. No response to the reply. I sent another inquiry today and instead of acknowledging that they have not replied to my reply, they basically gave me the same response to just wait. It is now May 19th, 2025 and still no solution. I was forced to deliver the iMac I have sold without the keyboard and had to offer a discount to my buyer since I was unable to sale them the item with the keyboard. My suspicion is they are using AI to reply to order inquires and thus it is difficult to get a hold of a real person.

I ordered a F2 replacement key for my Lenovo Slim and it came with everything I needed and more (I didnt need the rubber cup), the key is exactly how I want it to be and works great. However some of the company responses to negative reviews are concerning to say the least.

Ordered about 24 replacement keys and they were quickly shipped and delivered. Each key was in perfect condition and had its own packaging, including the hinge and rubber spring cup. Highly recommend this business and will be a returning customer!

Dunno how my up arrow key hinge got broken on my Dell Inspiron 7506 but they were able to issue a replacement pretty quickly. Didn't even expect for them to add the rubber part too! Just installed the new hinge and key and it's working as usual. I only wish there was an option to only buy the hinge itself but overall I ain't complaining!
One thing I do recommend before buying though is to cross reference the hinge types from your current keyboard to the displayed ones on the site so you aren't going through another issue of the hinge not fitting.

My Dell Inspiron 16 shift key got absolutely obliterated by a stray ball. The brackets broke and the parts flew everywhere. I looked for a replacement keyboard and tried that. I have decent technical experience but I had to remove EVERYTHING only to find out it had unremovable plastic rivets in it. I found this website and I put in my model number. I selected my key and color and it was here in half a week with nice packaging too. It had everything the key needed, even parts that I didn't need. They had links to tutorials for key installation and a link for if you received the wrong key. I popped it in and omg it looks oem! Backlights shine through just like the other keys. I sounds and feels the same too. Couldn't be happier with this experience.

Ordered a replacement keycap and have been waiting 43 days. I contacted them numerous times now without a resolution.

First email I sent asking for more information as it seems to be lost in transit, they replied telling me about the thousands of orders that they fulfill and how great of a company they were. Their solution for me, just wait longer as it can take 14-40 days.

While I waited the company closed my ticket so I couldn't reply.

I sent a follow up response 42 days after it had been sent, their response is just wait longer and maybe you got your own address wrong.

Site was great at helping identify the actual keyboard and key type on my daughter's ThinkPad, and got the exact key we needed, perfect match. Site also has detailed pdf instructions on how to install the keys. Highly recommended, just take the time to make sure you order the right parts for your needs.

The worst company, I have emailed two times to confirm hinge of my official laptop key but none replied. They said it take 1-2 business days and check your spam email but no email sent. I sent details of my laptop and picture but no repsonse at all.

Never relay ont his.

After checking the reply from quiifix, I triple checked my inbox, spam , junk folder I do not find any response from their team. There is no other way to connect their team as well. There are other players in the market who provides such kind of laptop keys as well, blocking my details does not make any sense.

I ordered 3 different keys, for 2 different laptops.
They sent it to me, all the way to the Netherlands.
I'm happy to have chosen this company. Also wish they had a location here in the Netherlands so I could thank them and probably order more :)

Not sure why they have anything less than 5-star reviews. A cat clawed out the D-key on my laptop. I stumbled across this site.

You would think you can get a replacement key from the manufacturer, right? Not in the case of LG! For my LG Gram 16" 2022/2023 edition, I was redirected to a whole new keyboard, totalling at around 154€. All because I broke one key by accident... No way in hell I'm paying that!

Knowing most things come from China these days, I went to AliExpress and decided to buy a spare key with a hinge there. Once I received it, it did not work and I ultimately broke the actual key in half, because I had been pressing on the key too hard in the hopes it'd click into place.

I was close to ordering the spare keyboard when I found this shop. Honestly I didn't think they can help me - the Chinese didn't seem to be able to and they usually produce the stuff, right? WRONG again!

Not only was the customer support amazing - they looked at the images and deduced which key and hinge I should buy, but the product arrived and was very easy to install as there are video and PDF guides provided!
Sure, even with express shipping to Germany (from the US), it still took around two weeks instead of one, but I can't blame QuikFix Laptop Keys for that.

Overall I am very happy and the key looks perfect, too.

When you ask them about a replacement key, just make sure to provide a shot of the keyboard and close-up shots of the key and key hinge.

Great! Have an older laptop (~10 years old) that was torn up by my friend's dog. Decided to finally look into fixing it up, and QuickFix was fast and exactly what I needed regarding the replacement keys I needed. Unfortunately, one key was out of stock, but once that is (hopefully!) restocked, I will have my keyboard back to good as new! Really happy with everything.
