I had ordered 12 items, and after 3 weeks I have only received 6 of them, when I tried to contact customer service via email I just got a robot response.
Terrible service.
I still have not heard from customer service, and have therefore asked for my money back for the items that I have not received.

Needed to return an item from Switzerland, you can't generate the label online. And then first they asked me to ship it back to France at my expenses, and then to Denmark, while on the website they have a return address in Switzerland (but you can't generate the label)...they are a joke
