BUYERS BEWARE
I feel very let down and more than anything disappointed by Tilletts/Quilla who I thought put customers at the heart of their business but alas this is not so - I bought a maxi popcorn bracelet and on the first day of wearing it came off and was lost . The seal or however it is tied off must not have been finished properly or been faulty I don’t know which . I rang customer services and they said without the bracelet they would do nothing I asked them to take my concerns higher and they agreed to do so and ring me back . They did ring back to say they had spoken to the director about it and they were not prepared to do anything . As a small company I would have thought they could have looked at cases on merit rather than a hard and fast ruling and be able to show some compassion . So I find I’m in a catch 22 I have no bracelet as it’s clearly come undone and because I was unaware I have nothing to show. I wasn’t doing anything untoward whilst wearing it . I understand if this was a number of weeks in from purchase it would not be possible to help but this was on the first day so this clearly shows that in this instance something has gone wrong during the making . The bracelet was not cheap and was a present from my husband so that is £60 completely wasted . Save your money , I always like to support local businesses and would suggest you buy from Daniella Draper as I have never had any issues with her jewellery.
