Shop elsewhere if you want to actually receive your order

I made my first order with Quilt Comfort in March, and I’m still waiting for delivery in July. I'd been buying fabric online for years, and have never been as disappointed as I was with this company. I’ll spare you the details (I’m happy to share if requested), but the bottom line is that they don’t fill orders quickly, if they fill them at all.

They misplace orders, make excuses for tardiness and noncompliance. An example: “The reason for the delay in shipping the combined orders was that we had just received a new shipment of fabric that needed to be cut and prepared. Rather than ship part of your order and have you wait again, I wanted to include some of that newly arrived fabric in your shipment before it went out.”

I was also told that all my orders had been delivered, but they had not.
I received this message on Facebook:
“Hi . i found the missing order and i sent you an update.. I am here if you need more assistance.. just chat with me here”

Still haven’t received the order. A word to the wise: Research before you order online. There were many unfavorable reviews for Quilt Comfort and had I read them, I would never have wasted my time with this company. Caveat emptor!

I made 2 orders in early February that…

I made 2 orders in early February that totaled over $150. I wrote several emails since the latter part of February asking for the status of my order. They never answered this request to this day. I never received my orders. Yet, they charged my card immediately! I requested a refund several times, but they never addressed my request. This is obviously a scam website.
After my review on TrustPilot, I received an email (this time, a personal message addressing my concern). They stated that their emails containing status of my orders went to my Spam!!! First, how do they monitor my emails? Second, I did find a few emails, but NONE of them communicated any status of my orders. There was NO tracking number and NOTHING about my orders having been shipped. In this latest email, they even included a fake tracking number with no addresses!
Looks like this fraudulent operation will continue to lie and cover up.
