I have contacted the customer service multiple times and no response at all. My package is lost and I have been asking for a refund but nothing happens.
Ordered a sample to see if the colour was what we wanted.
The sample came quickly and securely packaged. The sample size was larger than I was expecting.
imperfections ..pulls in the fabric thread pattern , received item on 6th aug sent 3 emails for replacement, did not get a response until 13th aug by which time the job was done and sent out using another company's fabric
