No Customer Support via Phone or Email
We received one box, I have called for 3 days in a row and no one picks up the phone nor does anyone answer or respond to emails. UPS their delivery company can't help either. I'm stuck with no product and no help. It's ridiculous to claim you have 24/7 support and no one is available.
Won't let me cancel!!
Yuck fabric, stupid ugly pin cushion in drab grey. I tried to cancel my subscription online and it freezes up and won't work. I emailed 5 times for them to cancel it, giving screenshots of what the page looked like when it froze up but they just wrote back with a link to the same portal that HELLO!! Does not work!! It lets you skip a shipment or change the frequency, but you CANNOT CANCEL!! Next I guess I'll try to call but unbelievable this company is a total ripoff!

First box, ready to go
Got my first box. It is exactly what was advertised. They promise material and quick projects. Read the entire pattern book. Got good info. The material is not my fave BUT... is good quality. My plan is to use the material and the patterns and make the projects. Its called learning. Then I can get other material (more to my liking) and make the project again and again and again. I have FULL instructions of how to do the projects. I am sooo looking forward to starting. Will update when i am done with my first box.
I was excited but had questions. Contacted Customer Service over 12 times with no response
After receiving my first box I had two questions. I emailed a dozen times with no response. I think Mrs.Quilty is a scammer and would like a full refund.
BTW, my questions were pretty basic, especially for a very new quilter. It should have taken no more than five minutes to answer them....but here I am three weeks later still waiting for a response
Received my first box today.
Received my first box today. I'm not crazy about the fabric. And not crazy about green would have preferred brown tones. I can't start it yet because I have to run to the store for thread to sew it. For the price they charge would think they would have least give you some spools of thread. Don't think I am going to do this any longer. Will try one more box.

Horrible! I've ordered from this business 3 times and every time they send me the WRONG products. Customer service is no help via email or the phone. What is wrong with this company? Don't waste your time or money.
Not worth it at all
I was really excited to receive the boxes. They are definitely not worth it. The last one had hideous fabric and the pattern required additional material which was not included. It reminded me of old lady fabric that would have been on your grandmother’s ugly sofa.The worst thing was a printed quilt label which they said was worth $15.00. I would never use such a cheap looking item and it is not worth even $.50
I was very happy my quilty box came…
I was very happy, my quilty box came right away. But, as I was opening the box it was already partially opened. I asked some of my children if anyone tried opening the box, they all said no.
I got the Classic Quilty Box. I received the library fabric bundle, wonderfil thread, and in-box magazine. Didn't receive the reusable washable lint roller and wonder clips wrist cushion.

Well... my mom ordered an initial box for me at the start of February. Her money was quickly gobbled up. She was sent an email confirming the boxes arrive al would be before my birthday February 24th. NOTHING!!
She and I have both reached out to them several times. No response and still no box. I am so disappointed. The customer service is so poor and their is no phone number available. Just many in answered emails...
Order Never Arrived/ No Response
I ordered a one time subscription for my wife as a gift to try it out, but as of now the order has not arrived and it is 3 weeks late. I have reached out multiple times to the company and have gotten no response. Unacceptable support and a complete waste of money. So disappointed.
Try Quilty Box. You’ll be glad you did!
I started receiving boxes over Christmas. I have been anticipating a new box every month. I’m a new quilter who is self-teaching herself to quilt. The instructions are so clear even I can do it, and I’ve only been sewing for two months. The fabrics are high quality. Better than what I can find at my local fabric store. The material is worth the cost, but then you receive lots of other goodies!

The fabric is wonderful and good quality. There r usually a couple of new tools that are wonderful however I think I will end up with a lot of stuff I will never use. These items make terrific gifts. The boxes are really packaged well and arrive timely and without damages. Each box usually highlights a new Quilt artist, which is very nice.
TRaditional vs. Modern
My concern with the Quilty products are with the fabric. I am mostly an abstract, collage, modern art quilter and I don't buy traditional fabric. When you send me this, I just give it away to friends. Would it be possible to send users either one or the other? If we had a choice between traditional or modern I would consider continuing my membership.
I feel the Jinny Beyer boxes are way …somewhat disappointed
I feel the Jinny Beyer boxes are way overpriced. My first box contained only 1 jelly roll and 1 spool of thread, along with 2 patterns, both very similar to patterns available free on Jinny's website. I love Jinny's fabric and style, but was disappointed that her border stripe usage in her quilt designs for which she is famous, were not included in any of the QuiltyBox subscription projects.
I did purchase several packets of fabrics from the website, (possibly from previous regular QuiltyBox monthly subscriptions) and was very satisfied with those.

It is nice receiving a quilty box every month with new ideas in them and you receive a new notion with a box that you might not think of buying for yourself.
