My Quince order had been delivered to the wrong address! Not due to Quince, but the company that handled the shipping! Although I tried to locate my order within my large apt complex, I was not able to! I waited the 48 hours to see if someone would come forth, but no one did. I contacted Quince Customer support, and they were tremendous and took care of my situation without any effort on my part. Highly recommend this company!

I've bought many clothes from Quince. Recently, I had an issue with one item. I texted and the issue was resolved in a very short while. One thing that completely surprised me, was the level of kindness. The last thing that was said "have the most amazing week ahead." The entire conversation was professional and Quince really wanted to resolve my issue. I will continue to do business with Quince.

This company is very frustrating. They have zero ability for the client. The customer to communicate with them. I paid $100 for their jacket. They delivered it to not only the wrong apartment but the wrong apartment building complex they keep saying it was delivered check with your leasing office bunch of crap. I can’t believe that I’m just basically gonna have to give up with some other dude be wearing the jacket that I bought don’t do business with this company. They have a terrible customer service.

The sheets and pillowcases are made very poorly and tear easily. I’ve never had my sheets or pillowcases tear. Also the sewing is poor. Merchandise poor quality, and they’re hard to reach
