Quince has top notch customer service. I’ve always had great interactions for issues that get resolved quickly! I also love their products. The woman’s clothing is classic, well made and has a wide variety of staple items every woman needs in her closet. My husband likes them too! He loves the organic cotton boxer briefs, cotton tees and he even found a few nice fitting jeans! They are our one stop shop! I barely hit the department stores anymore. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed!

Both the products AND the customer service is amazing. Returns are super easy. And on the rare occasions you actually need a customer service person, they are so responsive by text. The quality is shown through the product and the service. Rare to get both but Quince has it

Great customer service! It's great that Quince is bringing quality products at affordable prices. But when a company has great customer service, like being responsive, knowledgeable about their products and doesn't add crazy shipping fees, well, makes me want to come back! I may be going bavk too much though! But I have to say i really, really enjoy 99% of what i get from. Quince! They're fast becoming my go to online site for timeless quality pieces at affordable prices.

Quince delivers quickly and are great at customer service if you have an exchange or return. Very reliable vendor. I have done two orders and it’s been a great experience. Will continue to order from Quince!

Customer service is non-existent. I ordered 4 items that were shipped in 2 small packages. I wanted to return all 4 but I couldn't fit them all in one small package so I would need 2 labels. Their system does not recognize that the items were shipped separately and would only generate one label, which can only be used one. After an hour trying chat, text and a phone call that was not returned, I could not get anyone to generate a separate lable. They kept sending me a copy of the label I had already printed. This is absurd.

I had an issue with a pair of the 5 pocket travelers pants, which I love. That issue was taken care of in a matter of a couple of days. Could not be more impressed with the company.

Quince has great products (good quality) and prices. Recently had a session with CS and agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable AND patient.

Lawless resolution to my problem.

I recently ordered the Bella Stretch Straight Leg Jeans in size 27 and have otherwise been really impressed with Quince—I’ve placed a couple orders recently and have loved the quality and value!

Unfortunately, after wearing this pair, I noticed they stretch out quite a bit throughout the day and don’t maintain their fit as expected, especially compared to another pair I ordered in a different fabric. This became noticeable pretty quickly—they were only worn twice and washed once, and are still in excellent condition.

Despite return policies, Quince customer service still offered me the chance to return for store credit to get a new pair in my preferred size, even though I had worn the jeans at the time of my inquiry.

I love quince! Their service and products are a consistently fantastic. I love their clothes, and now I even buy all my nutritional supplements from them because of the high-quality.

Vague return policy which costed me $35 on an item that was not clearly described as custom. More than two weeks to issue the refund. The refunded me $2.87 less than what paid minus restocking fee. Almost one hour chatting to get the$2.87 refunded.
