Gorgeous products and fantastic shopping experience
Gorgeous products, and fantastic online purchasing experience, with lovely options for gift wrapping orders and sending directly to gift recipients. I needed to ask a question about my order and the customer service given couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional. Altogether a fantastic shopping experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop at Quince and Cook again.

Not responding to emails about missing part for range cooker
Ordered a Bertazzoni range cooker from this company who were helpful prior to arrival. On going to install we found it's missing a part and contacted customer services for support. Two weeks and two emails later they haven't responded. A shame as they gave a good first impression, but now there is a problem we're being ignored.

No delivery
Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order after several weeks! I emailed Quince & Cook over a week ago but have had no reply so far. It's a real shame because I love their products and have ordered from them before.

From looking at your order tracking (that you will have received on dispatch). I can see that the order was picked up by you from your local Royal Mail depot today?
Can you please double check this for us. As far as we can see you have your order and it was sent promptly, it has just been waiting at your depot for a few days, ready to be picked up. 1 star reviews can have a huge impact on small business, and it stings even more when we haven't done anything wrong 😭
