I want to update everyone on my…

I want to update everyone on my previous review. I was charged for full service, found nothing was done, I was conned, not even a apology, the next one on telling me this found I had a crack in the cover so nievely paid £300 to have it replaced. It still didn’t work. After my review they said it would be picked up and taken to be repaired at the depot. The man who picked it up was so apologetic about how I was treated , and I found out he didn’t even come from Quingo, he came from Forever active, stadium way, Cradock road, Luton Bedfordshire LU4 OJF, THE REVIEWS FROM EMPLOYEES are bad, so google them. After he went I found he had written shifted trans axle and cracked rear frame. To get all the repairs found my scooter I would have had to be in a terrible collision which with my disability would have been fatal. 4 different engineers have quoted different faults, surely the first one would have written it off. Be careful.

I was very impressed with the customer…

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Quingo. First contact by phone was very informative. I was offered a home trial of several scooter models which was arranged for a suitable date to myself. On the date of delivery I was kept up to date with time of arrival. I was offered a chance to try scooters that I thought would be my best options. I was given a good demonstration and explanation of how everything worked. Only when I was fully satisfied and confident with the choice I made with no rush or pressure I bought my scooter which I am delighted with.

My Quingo Scooter has made life so much…

My Quingo Scooter has made life so much better for me. I am able to get out in the community to met people. I could'nt get out before as my walking was difficult, breathless with Heart condition. Having a trial go on one first and getting the right one to suit me was a must. Very comfort to drive. Love it.

My late dad purchased 2 scooters for…

My late dad purchased 2 scooters for him & my mum, unfortunately my dad's health took a turn for the worse & he sadly passed away in February 2025, the scooters had been used less than 5 times each & covers under 20 miles each, i contacted Quingo today for some advise on what to do with them or how to dispose, at no point did the lady on the phone acknowledge the loss of my dad or offer any consonances, the great advise was try face book market place - or even put a card in your local shop this after spending over £10,000. what a joke just out for a sale with no customer support even after a bereavement, however the lady did say they could part exchange and offer to put me through to the sales team!.

Bad service

Because of my Mobility, I purchased a Quingo scooter and took out extended warranty.
I was not informed that every year it would need a service and after the first year Quingo emailed me to say that they needed over £120 to do the service. I could not afford this and phone them to tell them and they told me this would Nullify my warranty but I have not paid me back. The money I paid on the second years warranty I feel that the salesman doesn’t care about the Customer just needs to get the sale I have since managed to get another scooter and their services are free. I feel Quingo. I’m not a good company and rip off disabled people.

Quingo Plus is very comfortable and nippy machine.
Downside - the angles on it catch on everything e.g. dog lead, shopping bag handles, coats, twigs and sticks. This is using pavements and shops. I can't go on grass until weather dries up!

QUINGO FLYTE …

Quingo is a brilliant company to deal with, service is professional, caring and helpful. I purchased the Quingo Flyte, the rep was very nice, helpful and friendly. He brought a few scooters so I had a good choice to make sure I had the right one for my needs. He sorted everything out for me ,and within 2 weeks the engineer was with me . He installed the docking port and showed me everything I needed to know . I couldn't be without it now, it's brilliant. Everywhere I go people are amazed when they see how easy it is to load/unload etc. It's solid, comfortable, the five wheel system gives it grat stability. Shopping is now a breeze, couldn't be without my Flyte now, would recommend to everyone .
