Another company with bad ethics
Sadly just another gambling company with bad ethics. I opened my account and was placing £50 bets. The next day I was stake factored to 42p max bets basically banning me from betting with them. The same old ‘traders decision’ line gets used in these situations every time and no reason given. I think the Gambling Commission really need to look into this seedy behaviour. Any customer who places bets that may cost them they ban - that should never be allowed. Especially when they’re happy to continue to take the money of addicts who never win.

I’ve never known a website with such rapid response and without having to message a robot for 1/2 hour before being put through to an agent.
Sara in customer Service was excellent. Very patient, very knowledgable and solved my problem within minutes. I’m really not tech savvy but she carefully guided me through the resolution process step by step.
If any senior manager reads this review, I don’t know what position level she holds within the department, as I don’t know her, but she needs a promotion. I have been in Business for over 45 years and dealt with thousands of staff / supplier’s etc, I wish they had all been to her standard, it would have made my life a lot easier.

Very limited bet builder options on football and yesterday the service provided was enough for me to close my account down. I had been betting on my phone all day logging in with the same password, then suddenly it was saying the password was incorrect even though I had saved the password on my phone. After talking to multiple staff members who basically said password had never been changed but wouldn’t explain to me how the password suddenly was incorrect if I hadn’t changed it and apparently they had changed it. All in all they never accepted any responsibility for the issue that was clearly a website/app issue and also stopped me placing bets on the football that evening will certainly not recommend as not even a sincere apology for the inconvenience just deflecting from their poor operation
