The hotel is very nice
The hotel is very nice, and I visited for a holiday. I enjoyed it very much and had some great days there.

Be careful! This hotel is run by crooks. I booked a 2 bedroom family room on Easter Saturday at $81.00 Dollars a night in Booking.com #booking.com when i arrived to the hotel, they checked me in and the room was not what was sold to me in booking.com, I went back to the reception to state my displease and they blamed the mistake with Booking.com, I spoke to booking.com and they told me that the hotel should not have accepted the booking as they only had a room for 3 people. The Manager told me in this words: “If you do not like the room you can leave”, I said, do you realize that it is Easter Saturday and there are no other hotels and she said> That is your problem.
I said, my family was hungry and tired and we needed some food, I asked to speak about the issue after lunch and she went ahead and cancelled my prepaid reservation. After Lunch she said we cancelled your reservation and we sold your room for $110.00 so if you would like your reservation again you have to pay $110.00 instead of $81.00.
The restaurant manager Bruno, heard the conversation and called the police for us. As he felt this was an absolute abuse by the Manager Barbara Gonzalez. We have 2 small kids and without absolutely any mercy, cancelled illegally our reservation to try to extract more money from us.
We spoke to Booking.com and they Stated that the reservation should not have been cancelled. The only reason why it was cancelled was because Arturo Magana the Owner called them, expressly asking for the reservation to be cancelled.
So to make a long story short, we are without a hotel room in a small town with 2 little kids so that Mister Magana can earn 30 dollars extra a night!
This people have no decency, no mercy and they belong in Jail. Police, Booking.com and everyone who witnessed the situation told us that this is most despicable situation they have witnessed. BE CAREFUL! These people are NOT Honorable and they absolute merciless crooks. BEWARE
