I was just asked to undertake a survey by Qumind for Scottish Power, asking why I changed energy supplier. Half way through the survey asks thus question:
"Why did you choose as your new supplier?"
Do they want yo know who my new supplier is, or why I changed? Did they even read their own survey?
I thought I would inform them of their error so visited their website. Not only us there no contact option there, but their "learn more" option for cookies goes to a 404 error page. Is that even legal?
Who are these people, and just how incompetent can a suposed research company be??
Complete losers and rip-off site.
Avoid if you don't want to be swindled and robbed of your time and effort.
Did not have a good experience with this team. I enrolled for focus group/review session as an ex user of a energy company, chose my session and never heard back. Emailed a few days before to receive really bad attitudine and rudeness, saying that the sessions are not set and we only chose preferred times. When I point out that that was not explained I get profused apologies. Why can't you be decent from the get go? Not good customer service for a team whose whole focus should be that.
