Visiting UK from Aust

A great experience. We had a little bit of trouble eith two bookings. One was the wrong date and Chris fixed that issue with a refund and another booking was made . Unfortunately our circumstances changed and again Chris came to our rescue and has given us a refund. Easy to deal with within excellent outcome. Thank you

Provided with an immediate solution

Immediately responded to my issue with a quick and efficient message and provided me with a solution I was very glad with. Otherwise, I would have had a bad week. Chris was my hero of the day.

Superb outstanding customer service!
Chris, on the support desk, was quick, efficient and easy to communicate with. He assisted us on two occasions. Exceptionally courteous and accommodating. Definitely will recommend Quno just because of Chris.

I mistakenly purchased a train ticket for the following week. Having noticed almost immediately I booked another train same time, same price but for the 11th of May. I contacted Quno who have already contacted me regarding the transaction and are making a full refund in the next few days.

Great customer service

The customer service person, Chris, was incredibly understanding with a last-minute change to my family's itinerary. He was also extremely responsive and courteous despite it being 10pm on a Friday evening. I'm very grateful and will be sure to use this service again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful company. I got one digit wrong on my train booking email (.con instead of .com) and when I phoned them up they were unable to change it, then referred me to their online refund form, which only has fixed options for change of travel, medical emergency or disruption, and requires an e ticket number (which I can’t get as the ticket wasn’t sent to me) so I have been unable to claim a refund. It also states it takes 28 days! I phoned up on 3 subsequent occasions, and on two they were unable to ‘access the system’ and on the third after asking for escalation they were unable to find my booking. So I paid for a ticket I didn’t get, can’t use and can’t claim back for, and have received zero assistance. A company that clearly has no operational capability or customer service. Avoid at all costs.
