The customer service person, Chris, was incredibly understanding with a last-minute change to my family's itinerary. He was also extremely responsive and courteous despite it being 10pm on a Friday evening. I'm very grateful and will be sure to use this service again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Awful company. I got one digit wrong on my train booking email (.con instead of .com) and when I phoned them up they were unable to change it, then referred me to their online refund form, which only has fixed options for change of travel, medical emergency or disruption, and requires an e ticket number (which I can’t get as the ticket wasn’t sent to me) so I have been unable to claim a refund. It also states it takes 28 days! I phoned up on 3 subsequent occasions, and on two they were unable to ‘access the system’ and on the third after asking for escalation they were unable to find my booking. So I paid for a ticket I didn’t get, can’t use and can’t claim back for, and have received zero assistance. A company that clearly has no operational capability or customer service. Avoid at all costs.
